If you are Japanese this is a very nice hotel with a hassle free self checkin. Avoid room 101 because you will be awaken whenever a guest on the upper floors drains their tub.
If you hold a foreign passport look for another hotel. I will spare you the problems I had getting mine to them. Just look for a hotel with a human at the front desk. Good advice throughout Japan.
Loved that the room was extremely spacious and clean and that the beds were very comfortable. However it was very cold in the room with not much insulation so we definitely had to layer up to stay warm even with the heater on.
