Lovely property and staff very attentive. The location is also perfect as is close to shrine and temple and Gion. Wholly walkable. The only miss was that the hotel did not communicate the fact that they provided a shuttle bus to the property from Kyoto station before we arrived so we spent 2600 yen for a taxi to get to the hotel for check in, big miss!

Wonderful hotel and staff
The hotel is perfect for family we stay on junior higashiyama suite it’s one of the most comfortable and modern decorating in japanese style. Service and staff on a high stand of professional and kindness with great helpful i am always stay on this hotel when i come to kyoto, also the location with walk distance from Gion shopping street on of the most wonderful area also the same with nishiki market where is also can you you find lot of restaurants and shops.
