Conveniently located within walking distance to major subway line & bus stops, but nicely tucked in a quiet interior street. Close to Family Mart convenience store. Many interesting dining places & options in the locality. Clean, ample spaced, and with a washer-dryer too. Staff are friendly and English proficient (most staff are foreigners too). The area is pretty safe, as in most of Japan. We did not see any suspicious beings, urban blight, or such. Local area is a nice community, and the houses one passes by are humble, but maintained well. Streets are clean with nary a litter.

The staff and the company has gone above and beyond to make you feel at home. One of the front desk crew members walked with my wife to a nearby restaurant to help getting a reservation. Another staff member ran looking for us after we had left the hotel to get lunch, to confirm an extension for our stay. To keep the review short, every interaction we had with their staff was beyond expectations. I work in the travel industry and this was truly a legendary experience.
