Good location, but too small for 4 people

This property came up in my search for accommodation for 4 people, but downstairs was virtually unusable once beds were set up (hard to access bathroom, no sitting area, access to kitchen difficult). This accommodation is better for 2 people, or 3 at most. This lack of space made the whole stay difficult and uncomfortable. Check-in process was not communicated so we didn’t know there would be no one at the property on arrival. We had to call to get access code and the wait 20 mins for staff to arrive to do check-in. Overall the property is well kept and well located. We loved the bathroom and the ability to wash and dry our clothes. Unfortunately we didn’t sleep well because of outside lights shining in from the back and front of the property and also because of the worst, hardest pillows I’ve ever tried to sleep on.
