Nice hotel with huge breakfast menu. Very close to man train station for easy aceea anywhere else you need to go. Plenty of restaurants and shopping in the area. Recommend it as it has nice pool sauna area and many other extras for the guests.

We're so glad we changed our original booking at another hotel to stay here!! Located in a great area within close proximity to main train stations and bus stops, it made it easy to get around and explore. The hotel facilities and staff were outstanding and so helpful, we travelled with a toddler and the staff were very supportive. The breakfast buffet, ramen bar, massage chairs and complimentary extras were all a nice touch. And don't forget about the onsens! What a great way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The place was immaculate with regular cleaning in place. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking in Kyoto and want to experience something a little more traditional.

Had a fab experience at this hotel. It was very traditional (which is the reason we booked it). Loved experiencing the onsen. Lots of free extras including ramen and ice creams. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

I had 2 rooms booked for my family of 7. We loved everything that they offered! The room was spotlessly clean and beds were very comfortable. We loved the food (free ramen after 9pm, free ice cream and yakult after Onsen bath) and the star of the show is their buffet breakfast! I included the breakfast option for our stay and boy was I glad! It was well worth adding breakfast with your booking as it is cheaper than buying breakfast in the morning. The Onsen was quite popular so we had to go at midnight when there wasnt much people using it. It was very satisfying for my girls and I to experience Onsen as adults. Next time, we will be booking a longer stay as we all felt the tine we had was way too short.

We enjoyed our stay here. My daughter loved the onsen and traditional style of this hotel. Don't forget to take your shoes off before checking in! Free ramen after 9 pm and the breakfast buffet was a great deal on traditional Japanese breakfast items (you can pay separately at the hotel if you don't want every day). The room was clean and all toiletries provided. Would stay here again.

Love, love this hotel. 5 minutes walk from the Kyoto station. Complementary lattes and matcha at the lobby. Breakfast selections were exceptional. The hot springs were amazing. The massage chairs were a great additions to end our day after all the walking. Complementary ice cream all day and late night ramen can’t ask for anything more. The staff were very attentive. Will come back in a heart beat.
