We did not have the hotel breakfast, but it was good to know ot was on offer daily incase we needed it. Staff were friendly and helpful. Drinks & tea were offered to guests daily as well as a charm making experience. Self-service check in and out created a more streamlined experience (although there was some trouble finding our booking upon check-in, that was quickly resolved.) The self-service amenities counter was well-appointed with so many useful items like coffee and soap as well as more indulgent items like face masks and hair oil. Located a 10 minute walk from Kyoto station, it was very convenient, although a bit noisy at times. Would stay again!

Kyoto Oasis

Excellent hotel with excellent services all around! In addition of the super central location, this is one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in Kyoto. The daily happy hour is second to none, including happy hour sake and dessert. Lastly, the breakfast buffet is also amazing with excellent selection of food.

This hotel was great! I would definitely recommend staying here if you're traveling to Kyoto. It was a 5 minute walk from the train station and there was a bus stop directly across the street. Furthermore, the staff were incredible and the hotel was always clean. It felt amazing coming back to the hotel after a long day sightseeing or shopping. The entry way smelled great and the complimentary drinks were a nice perk.

Great hotel close to JR station. Hotel seems fairly new and modern. Good staff and clean facilities. Room has great ammenities but lacks safe box. The pijamas was a great perk and convenient laundry. Breakfast buffet had good quality but same menu everyday. Great price through expedia, would stay again.
