Wonderful experience staying in this beautiful newly renovated hotel. Staff were wonderful and there was genuine authentic hospitality. Rooms were very comfortables and the whole hotel was so quiet and peaceful. Complimentary hot and cold drinks and snacks were great and overall we had a fantastic stay. Thank you

The property was close to train lines and convenience stores. We walked to Nishiki Market within 10-15 minutes and there were several small shops to enjoy along the way. There’s also a small but very nice shopping center a block away with interesting shops and restaurants. Enjoyed our stay and the staff were extremely nice and helpful. Liked having their free coffee downstairs in the lobby and took advantage of their amenities drawers at check-in.

Amazing drinks in lobby with happy hour at check in. Beds and linens slept were great. Even had tub, seperate shower and clothes washer/dryer. Will definitely stay here again. Staff was extremely helpful sending luggage to next hotel.

This was by far the best service I’ve ever experienced at any hotel. From the moment we arrived, the male attendant/manager greeted us with genuine warmth and professionalism. He went above and beyond to assist us with every need — his kindness and attention to detail made us feel truly cared for. The hotel itself is immaculate — spotlessly clean, modern, and incredibly comfortable. Our suite was spacious, beautifully designed, and perfectly maintained, making it a joy to come back to each day. The location couldn’t be better — convenient to everything yet peaceful and quiet at night. Every member of staff we encountered was exceptional, but the manager’s hospitality truly made our stay unforgettable. It’s rare to find that level of sincerity and care in customer service. Without hesitation, I would stay at Hanare by Tokyo Stay again every time I visit Kyoto. It’s an absolute gem — elegant, welcoming, and a true example of Japanese hospitality at its finest.

4번의 일본방문 중 가장 최고의 호텔이었습니다. 고객을 정말 최고의 고객으로 대해주시고, 존중받는 느낌이었습니다. 라운지에서 이용할 수 있는 사케, 음료 서비스 또한 너무 감동이었고, 숙소가 넓고 깨끗하면 하나도 불편한 점이 없었습니다. 오사카에 이동하여 숙소를 옮겼는데 다시 하나레가 너무 그리웠습니다. 차후 일본에 또 방문하게 되면 하나레 바이 도큐 스테이의 호텔들로만 선택할 겁니다. 정말 너무 감사하고 좋은 여행이었습니다.
