On the ground floor, the spacious and bright living and dining room extends across 35 m2 and provides direct access to the patio and the swimming pool area. The first bedroom on this level measures 6 m2 and is furnished with 1 bed measuring 135 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The second bedroom measures 8 m2 and features 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The third bedroom, also measuring 8 m2, is equipped with 2 double beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and benefits from a private en-suite shower room with bidet and WC. The well-equipped kitchen spans 7 m2 and is fitted with a hatch. The ground floor also includes a shower room with bidet and WC as well as a separate WC.

The upper floor is accessed via an exterior staircase and hosts the fourth bedroom, a generous room of 14 m2 furnished with 2 beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with a hand basin and a separate WC.
