On the first level, a laundry room, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room (with 1 sofa-bed), wich opens on to a terrace (with terrace furniture). It has an inside stair case and the first floor consists of 1 bedroom with bunk-beds, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (this room has an exit to a terrace), and 1 bathroom with a shower. This property welcomes families and groups of responsible adults but does not allow youth events or parties. DESCRIPTION OF THE AREA The Costa Dorada is the most famous coastlines in Catalonia with 37 blue flag beaches, known for their quality and excellent state of conservation.
