Ferry, two balconies. On one side overlooking a wooded courtyard, and on the other on a quiet street.
Great location. Waterfront: beach and embankment close by. At the corner of avenue Lajarrige which offers all food and other shops. Supermarket, caterer, bakery, cafes, bookstore, etc.

Appartement conforme aux attentes! Bien placé à côté des commerces et de la plage. Le propriétaire répond rapidement aux questions et est flexible. Très fonctionnel. Un petit rafraîchissement du mobilier serait le bienvenu.

Très bon emplacement mais quelques améliorations sont à prévoir
Je suis venue pour un weekend mère-fille dans cet appartement. L'emplacement est idéal et le propriétaire a été très arrangeant sur les heures d'arrivée et de départ. En revanche, l'appartement pourrait être rafraichi pour être vraiment agréable. Surtout, la propreté est à revoir - tout particulièrement en temps de COVID - : poutre pleine de poussière dans la chambre indépendante, couverts sales, etc.
