The chalet is composed of two levels accessible by an interior staircase, built in 1850, last renovation in 2015. It is located in the center, bordering a waterway. Close to shops, 150 meters from alpine ski departures (CHAMP GIGUET) and ESF but also cross-country ski trails (Beauregard cable car). Ground floor terrace and access to a private courtyard adjacent to the chalet.

- Public municipal parking (weekly subscription)

- Rental of sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, kitchen towels: email sent 20 days before arrival to order linen (order to be placed no later than 10 days before arrival).

- Baby equipment: to be ordered and picked up at Pressing des Aravis

- End-of-stay cleaning, rate based on accommodation surface area (50€ to 150€), to be ordered 3 days before departure,
