Absolutely never again

In our room the door hinges were rusted in the bathroom, the fan in the bathroom was filthy dirty, the ac unit vent was being held up by folded napkins, the vent was filthy. Quiet hours were not observed as a lady with her kids were running up and down the hallway until I asked them to stop at 1130, then they went into the stairwell and proceeded to run up and down the stairs yelling and crying. The parking lot was littered with beer bottles, beer boxes, trash was over flowing outside. I absolutely will not stay here again. I understand I had dogs with me, but felt like we were put in a trash room because we had dogs. One is a service dog.

Visiting the area. Parking is convenient. Check-in was quick but staff made a mistake in checking us in to two rooms. The room was quiet but bed was hard as a rock. Bathroom had a very musty smell.

The breakfast area was nice and included lots of options. The room was comfortable and spacious enough. Had a very nice clean pool. Parking lot was large but all windows faced parking. Staff was helpful but had laundry going all the time, which was noisy. Had a coffee area near the first floor room we had with snack machines which was nice

Property charged me for four nights when I only stayed for three. Additionally, they did not refund my $100 dollar deposit even though I maintained the room in good conditions, reason explained to me was because I only stayed for three days. No further explanation provided but didn’t have time to inquire further because I had a flight to catch. Front desk check-in person not friendly.

My husband said it was the best night sleep hes gotten in a bed laying flat in a long long time. He wanted to know what kind of mattress it was. It was calm and quiet and a nice place to stay

fan only option

everything was good I do however wish there would have been a coffee pot in the room, I wake early and like a cup of coffee while I read in my room but everything was very clean the beds were very comfortable and since I sleep well with white noise the fan only option on the AC was so welcoming. Nice place to stay.
