Convenient and Great Price

I love this hotel. It's a convenient location for most things in La Crosse and the price is very reasonable. Great rooms, nice pool and hot tub, awesome breakfast, and the staff waa friendly.

Less than ideal

The room we stayed in had an odor of moisture, we had to crank the AC to get it out. Bed was comfortable. Hot tub was broken and pool was very cold.

I liked that we were on the first floor which is always a plus for us! However, we were right next to the ice machine and the breakfast room which is horribly noisy. The people above us were also quite loud. The lady at the check in could have definitely had some better people skills and each day that we were there she had her daughter there with her, which I thought was extremely odd. Her daughter at check in was asking us a bunch of questions and the mom didn't seem to care, there were other guests around and we prefer not to disclose a ton of information to others. The room overall though was decent, the bed was quite hard though.

Stairs were not vacuumed since who knows when, not sure last time anyone dusted. There were what looked like blood stains on the bathroom wall. We would not go back
