This functional and welcoming accommodation is ideal for a stay with family or friends, with well-designed spaces for everyone's comfort. It consists of three separate bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200 cm) and two bedrooms each equipped with two single beds (80 x 190 cm). A sofa bed in the living room can be used as an extra bed if required.

The living room is pleasant and well equipped, with a full kitchenette including a stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, and all the necessary crockery, including wine glasses for sharing convivial moments. The accommodation also has a television, radiators, storage space with hangers and hot water. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed to ensure your safety.

You will have access to a functional shower room. Outside, a private patio allows you to enjoy the open air in complete tranquillity. The entrance is well lit and there is a laundrette on site.

Pets are accepted at an additional cost. Cleaning must be done before departure. The accommodation is located in a lively environment, which may cause occasional noise, particularly from the nearby play and climbing facilities. Surveillance devices are in place to ensure the safety and smooth running of your stay.
