La maison est au calme trĂšs agrĂ©able avec un joli jardin , notre chien a du coup pu se dĂ©gourdir et sortir, l’emplacement est vraiment super proche de la plage et Noirmoutier Ă  deux pas ! Par contre propretĂ© Ă  revoir dans les sanitaires et chambres , le canapĂ© est Ă  changer car impossible d’ĂȘtre bien assis du coup pas trĂšs agrĂ©able et inconfortable Manque des mugs un seul dans la cuisine, sinon tout Ă©tait bien

Vacances formidable sur l'ßle de Noirmoutier à la gueriniere Maison agréable au pied de la mer ! Le seul petit défaut les extérieurs n'étaient pas nettoyés donc avec mon chien ramenait beaucoup d épillets nettoyage tout les jours !!

DĂ©jĂ  venu au moi de mars,dans une autre petite maison Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de celle ci, on y ait trĂšs bien,proximitĂ© de la plage topissime,calme totale un vrai bonheur,balades,marchĂ© Ă  proximitĂ©, ainsi que commerces...toujours trĂšs bien accueilli par l'agence qui s'en occupe (Anne Sophie en l'occurrence qui est adorable) Et en plus le beau temps s'est invitĂ©...👍â˜ș Que du bonheur...

Espace agréable et intime

En ce qui concerne l'accueil par l'hotesse de la conciergerie, ce n'était vraiment pas ça, personne pressée et pas franchement là pour mettre le bien en valeur , et pas non plus trÚs au courant de ce dont elle était chargée. Nous y avons cependant trouvé tout le nécessaire afin d'y passer nos vacances, jardin trÚs agréable en retrait , accÚs sécurisé pour les petits , l'espace est clos et créé un extérieur trÚs calme et appréciable. L'intérieur est équipé correctement et nous a largement convenu. C'était une bonne expérience.

bien mais ameliorations a prévoir

maison propre et bien equipée, joli jardin clos, au calme. maison trop petite pour 5 personnes, pas de piece de vie, juste un canapé 2 places dans la cuisine. galere pour manger a 5 quand il pleut. portes de chambres ne fermant pas. et probleme d'humidité.

La location qui nous a été attribuée ne correspondait pas à notre choix fait lors de la réservation;

Une odeur de renfermĂ©, de graillon nous a de suite rebutĂ©, le mĂ©nage n'etait pas fait, les oreillers Ă©taient jaunes, sales et la piĂ©ce beaucoup trop petite nous pouvions Ă  peine faire le tour du lit, pas de chaise pour poser nos vĂȘtements et le jardin Ă©tait en friche, nous sommes restĂ©s Ă  peine 10 ms la personne qui nous a accueilli ne faisait pas parti du personnel de la conciergerie; Il nous a mis tout simplement Ă  la porte.

Maison trÚs confortable et conforme aux photos, tout le nécessaire est sur place, que ce soit pour la vaisselle, le bricolage ou nettoyage, la mer à 50m, endroit calme une remarque sur l'entrée dans le parking car la porte n'est pas large il faut éviter d'avoir une grosse voiture

Dreckig und Schimmelig

Die Insel ist schön, auch die Leute sind sehr freundlich, die Unterkunft jedoch war unterirdisch! Dreck und Schimmel wo man hinguckt. Den Vermieter hat es leider nicht interessiert, obwohl er ĂŒber die Concierge informiert wurde. Des Weiteren waren Wasch- und SpĂŒlmaschine defekt! In der Anzeige ist beschrieben das es einen Whirlpool eine Außendusche und WLAN gibt......Die Außendusche wurde demontiert, einen Whirlpool und WLAN hat es dort noch nie gegeben! Der Schimmel setzt einem gesundheitlich zu....wir sind dann frĂŒher abgereist. Das hat den Urlaub echt versaut!!!

TrĂšs bon sĂ©jour au calme dans cette petite maison coquette. Il faut passer par la chambre principale pour accĂ©der Ă  celle des enfants. La terrasse Ă  l’abri du vent est trĂšs apprĂ©ciable!

Pour ce second passage, toujours autant de plaisir Ă  sĂ©journer dans ce gĂźte trĂšs mignon au calme, Ă  deux pas de la mer et idĂ©alement situĂ© sur l’üle. Les Ă©quipements sont nombreux, un lĂ©ger bĂ©mol concerne la literie de la chambre principale qui mĂ©riterait Ă  notre sens (mais il est vrai que nous sommes exigeants sur ce point lors de nos diverses locations 😉) d’ĂȘtre changĂ©e.

Location idĂ©alement placĂ© au plus prĂšs de la mer. La conciergerie trĂšs agrĂ©able, bon accueil. Le jardin cloturĂ© parfait pour mon chien. PiĂšce principale un peu petite comparĂ© au reste de la maison, mais maison bien Ă©quipĂ©. Manque le Wifi quand les rĂ©seaux ne fonctionnent pas. Faute Ă  pas de bol avec la tempĂȘte je ne pouvais pas me stationner Ă  la place reservĂ© avec la maison voila le seul inconvĂ©nient. En gros agrĂ©able sĂ©jour malgrĂ© le temps.
