LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Walk to everything in the Village. This seven-bedroom house has everything a beautiful, well-appointed house in Southern California has to offer! It’s large, capable of hosting 2 large families which will allow all to sleep comfortably with the king size beds throughout the house. The open floorplan allows everyone to congregate comfortably in the common areas to hang out and enjoy each other’s company.
It’s an easy walk into the village of La Jolla. You are within minutes to the best shopping and dining La Jolla has to offer. A car may not even be needed due to the proximity of the Von’s grocery store, CVS pharmacy, breakfast, beach, lunch and dinner spots surrounding the area. Your house is 10 blocks from one of the most beautiful beaches in La Jolla. Stroll though the village day or night and enjoy the sites.
This house boasts 3,250 square feet of living spaces with a beautiful outdoor deck. As you walk in to the house, you will see the vast living room and kitchen that spans out onto the deck with the accordion style doors that allow the inside/outside to come together. This is a tri-level home with the bottom floor offering a bit of privacy. There are two bedrooms and a game room for the kids on the bottom floor which is perfect to occupy the little ones for the days that you want to relax in the house.
The main floor is where everyone comes together. As you can see in the pictures, there is ample room for all to eat and sit comfortably. You can enjoy a barbeque on the deck, and everyone sitting together inside or outside, while others watch TV or converse.
There are a total of 5 bedrooms on the top floor which includes two master suites, and 3 bedrooms, each with its own style. Four of the bedrooms have peak ocean views and the windows bring in great sunlight.
To add to the elegance, each of the 7 bedrooms has its own theme and style. Each room is named with a location in San Diego and each is decorated accordingly. Imagine the fun and excitement when you enter the home, and everyone gets to pick their own room.
This is truly a great vacation home; enjoy your stay!

Great property!

Location sets this property apart from others! We were able to walk to all of the spots where we wanted to dine as well as to great shopping, yoga and coffee shops. The home accommodated our large group comfortably. The deck was the perfect spot for both eating and visiting. Clem responded immediately to all questions and offered excellent dining recommendations.

Great location and home for family of 9

The house had lots of space for our family of 9. The kids enjoyed the playroom. Each bedroom had plenty of linens and bed space. The house is very close to center of La Jolla. Quick walk down the slope to the coffee shop and breakfast / dinner area.

Wonderful house for a family gathering in La Jolla

This La Jolla house was wonderful for our 4-family vacation (eight adults, three children). Where to start with the praise? The house was lovely. The spacious common areas, both indoors and outdoors, had enough seating so we all could comfortably gather for meals, conversations and games. The bedrooms are on separate levels from the common area so you can have quiet time away from the family. The huge kitchen allowed many people to work on food-prep. The kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, bowls, tools, etc for all our cooking needs. The location was perfect. We could walk to many restaurants and shopping. In addition to board games and the game room, Clem, our host, provided a great collection of beach equipment ----tent, umbrella, chairs and towels; a boogie board plus a beach wagon to haul the equipment---very handy for beach outings with the kids. Clem responded quickly to the questions we had during our stay. The many extras made our stay more enjoyable. I recommend this rental for family or friend gatherings.

GREAT HOUSE!!!

We were in San Diego for our son's wedding. Our other three grown kids and their friends/plus-ones stayed with us. Huge, well-stocked kitchen and open concept floor plan, but the bedrooms are separate and private. Terrific layout for time together. Parking on property and easy street parking, but still close to La Jolla shops and restaurants. Can't say enough great things about it!

The home was beautiful and perfect for our annual college friend reunion. It had everything we needed and wanted including a well stocked kitchen, spacious and numerous bedrooms, large dining table, a living room that fit all of us. Many restaurants, shops and beaches were easily walkable. Clem, the host, was super helpful and responsive to any request or question. Will book again, no doubt!

Great spot to stay for our sister’s wedding! It comfortably housed all 12 of us. The main floor was great for catching up with everyone, and we were lucky to have warm weather so we could enjoy the beach deck. Well stocked kitchen. Spectacular in every wah

House is magnificent, beautifully furnished inside and out, and spotless. Best stocked rental I've stayed in all round. Clem was a pleasure - he provided access in advance to check the space was ideal for my retreat, responded to all texts within minutes, always with whatever I needed. Location is amazing - short walk to La Jolla village for yoga, shopping, cafes and restaurants and the beach. Can't recommend highly enough. The only thing to mention is that the 7th bedroom has a pullout sofa that is a strange design, super firm, with a dip in the centre. Clem was kind enough to send a mattress topper, but it was not comfortable for an adult. The other beds are all super comfy and there are plenty!

Our family of 13 had an absolute blast during our 5 day stay! The weather in La Jolla was a little cool and so we were inside more than we expected but the indoor / outdoor living space was brilliant. Lots of room for the entire family to gather yet there were great sitting areas for smaller groups to gather and mingle. The property was well situated. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping, or beaches and the coast. When you wanted to get away to nearby communities the house was close to main avenues and highways. Owner Clem was very responsive to needs during our stay and had the answers to any questions that the group had. Highly recommend!

Family wedding

We came to LaJolla for our daughter’s wedding. This house was perfect for the entire family. There was plenty of room for everyone to get ready, especially the bride. We were very thankful for all of the necessities that were in the house. We didn’t have any issues at all, but we knew Clem was a call away if needed. We loved our stay in this beautiful house!

Outstanding property! We had a group of 9 adults stay and we had ample space. The house was beautiful, clean, and spacious. There's not a single thing I can think of that Clem hadn't the already made readily available in the home. The doors that opened up to the patio made the space even larger. Our group was very impressed. One night we had dinner in the vrbo and the well stocked kitchen had more than everything we needed. Clem was very kind and responded very quickly. I would hands down recommend this property.

Beautiful and Perfect

The property was even better than the pictures. The house was fully stocked with everything we could possible need. The bedrooms were beautiful with luxury bedding and individual A/C units which came in handy with the every 30 year heat wave we were experiencing when we were there. The property had ocean views from the bedrooms and it was any easy walk to the beach, the grocery store, restaurants and downtown. Our entire family of 13 were able to sleep comfortably and have plenty of gathering space. We all look forward to returning again and again. Clem was very helpful and responded quickly to any of our texts/emails. Any family would be lucky to stay here!

Perfect Home for 3 Generation Family Get Together

We had 3 generations of family - from 6 years old to 71. We could not have chosen a better place to stay. Everyone loved the home and all of the openness and bedrooms.
