Nature & Wildlife: Being in a coastal environment, occasional insects or small wildlife may appear despite regular professional pest control. Keeping windows and doors closed helps minimize encounters. If any issues arise, let us know, and we’ll address them promptly.

UBER/LYFT, rental Car a must. There is a YMCA walking distance from the home.

For stays longer than a month if the electric bill is more than $350 for the month, the owner has the right to ask for the guest to pay the difference in the SDGE usage for that month. The home has a Tesla power wall so as long as the guest is courteous and doesn’t abuse, the electricity should not be more than $300 a month.

We’re excited to host you in our fully renovated 5-bedroom, 2.5-bath home in the heart of La Jolla. Conveniently located with easy access to UTC, the I-5 freeway, and Downtown La Jolla, this home offers both comfort and convenience.

Arrival & Parking
Your personal door code will be sent 24 hours before check-in.
Use Google Maps for directions. The home is in a cul-de-sac with plenty of parking available.

Ring cameras are installed at the front door and backyard for security purposes.
Climate Control
The home has dual-zone Nest thermostats (upstairs & downstairs).
Smart TVs are available throughout the home (Roku TVs & a Samsung TV in the kids` room).
Remotes are provided for all TVs.
Please log into your own streaming accounts (Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube TV, etc.).
Board games & poker chips can be found in the kids` room upstairs.
Ceiling fans operate using the small white remotes.
Fireplaces & Outdoor Fire Pit
Outdoor fire pit: The gas key is by the igniter outside. If you prefer to store it safely (especially with children present), please place it in a kitchen drawer.
Living room gas fireplace: Use extreme caution when lighting it! You will need a lighter—please be careful.
Appliances & Utilities
Washer & dryer are located in the garage (laundry detergent provided).
Instruction manuals for Nest, ovens, dishwasher, and other appliances are in a kitchen drawer.
Electrical panel is in the garage, in case of a power outage.

Pickup is every Monday (recycling is every other Monday). If your stay includes a pickup day, please place the bins on the street as the neighbors do. The Gardner comes twice a month on mondays usually from 12pm to 1 pm. For Stays longer than a month we do supply enough cleaning supplies to last at least 2 or 3 weeks, after that we ask that you get your own toilet paper/paper towels/Cleaning supplies as needed to make your stay more comfortable.
