The property was clean and so was the inside of the home. Itâs perfectly located within walking distance to so many eateries and necessities. Itâs a quiet area and a quick walk to the ocean.
Very cozy house stocked with everything we needed to enjoy the beach(chairs towels etc.) The outdoor space was wonderful and the kitchen was fully outfitted.
Excellent location, nice and quiet neighborhood. Excellent communication with management. They can do anything to make your stay enjoyable.I would be nice to include a better description of the location - it is actually on the adjacent Alley, not on the street.
The home had everything our family needed! The kitchen was perfect for the meals we wanted to cook and the short walk to local restaurants was easy. The beach was close and the sunsets beautiful. I'd highly recommend this home if you're looking for a great place to stay in La Jolla. It was clean and everything in working condition.
Great weekend in La Jolla with family. Rental was clean and exactly as advertised. Back patio area is where we spent most of our time; the living room is decent but it was more comfortable to be outside.
The house was clean and tidy. The front bedroom with the trundle twin was very small and had no closet. So listing it as a 4 bedroom is a stretch. We enjoyed the close proximity to the ocean and the outdoor patio area, although the furniture is tired and needs to be replaced. Overall a very nice stay.
The house was just as advertised - 4 comfortable bedrooms. Well stocked kitchen. Patio that is perfect for chatting. Beach chairs for the short walk to the beach to watch the beautiful sunset. Management was super easy to work with and communication was great.
The residence was clean and the out door area was a plus to sit and relax. Walking distance to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. We had an issue with the Roku on one tv, however, management was very receptive and immediately fixed the issue. The only negatives are it is on the backside of a house on Westbourne, not facing it and only one bedroom has air conditioning. The ceiling fans in all the rooms helped. All in all, pl asked with our stay.
The property is as listed on the website. Well maintained, comfortable and clean. Great touchdown space for our trip to San Diego. Initially challenging to find the house, as it sits behind a larger house on the street -- accessed via an alley street behind the main street. This was not obvious, but was simply remedied -- this information should made clearer to clients. 5 minute walk to the beach was nice! Very quiet neighbourhood.
