This air-conditioned villa features a spacious living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen (2 electric ovens, a large refrigerator, a large freezer, microwave, kettle, built-in coffee machine and filter coffee maker, 6-burner induction cooktop, dishwasher, pantry with a combined refrigerator, and laundry room). The living space opens onto a large terrace with a swimming pool and a stunning sea view.

On the same level, a master bedroom with air conditioning includes a king-size bed (180x200 cm) and a private shower room, opening onto the terrace.

Upstairs, the sleeping area consists of:

One air-conditioned double bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.
A second air-conditioned bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed.
A third bedroom with a 160x200 cm double bed.
