Gite in a semi-detached house (second home) on 2 levels. 1st floor (independent access by an outside staircase): living room-kitchen lounge area (extra sofa for 1 person), large screen TV with USB / HDMI socket, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140 x 200 cm) with bathroom 'private water (walk-in shower and sink), separate toilet with hand basin. 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed / 2 single beds), bathroom (walk-in shower), separate WC. 2 balconies. If renting sheets, beds are made on arrival. Local (vaulted cellar) for skis and bikes. Sheltered terrace under the stairs. Beautiful renovated house, located in the hamlet of Bonconseil, overlooking the road to Bourg St Maurice. Very comfortable cottage, large living room with 2 small balconies facing south. Sheltered terrace under the balcony-porch at garden level. Beautiful unobstructed view of the valley and the mountain. 5 km from the funicular to les Arcs 1600, 9 km from Montchavin / La Plagne. Winter, rentals from Sunday to Sunday. Maison Tresallet is a family story spanning three generations. Thanks to Véronique and J-Luc, this village house is enjoying a fresh start with a complete and successful renovation. The only nod to this family history is the living room sideboard, which belonged to Véronique's grandmother.
