Shangri-lodge? Totally!

Fantastic accommodations at my favorite place on earth. Madeline Island is the best and staying at the Shangri-Lodge was perfect for us. The kitchen is killer! We loved having a Pool / Ping-Pong setup and a beautiful fireplace to keep us warm. The wood was already cut and stacked! Each of the four couples had a room plus one extra for the loud snorers to retreat to. Guitars were played, karaoke songs were sung. It was a magical weekend. Would stay there again in a second!

Beautiful spot

The house and location are beautiful! Perfect house for a family or several, each bedroom has it’s own bathroom. Fun pool table/ping pong area. The beach is right across the road and at night it’s so secluded that you can actually see the galaxy!

Loved our stay at the Shangri Lodge.

The house was ideal for our large group. It's large and comfortable; great mattresses, clean bathrooms, and best of all a well equipped kitchen. We loved the fireplace and appreciated the supply of firewood. Everything worked well. We are ready to book again for next year.

Great family retreat

Great house with 5 wonderful bedrooms/each with its own bathroom. Kitchen can accommodate any gourmet chef which we took full advantage of. Steps from a wonderful beach where we paddle boarded, swam, and had amazing campfire in the sand. Decks on each side of house for every bedroom, one of the great places to have morning coffee. Screened in porch with good grill. Great family vacation!!!
