Not very clean, Breakfast only satisfactory, Very basis compared to other hotel chains very close by that offer much more for the same rate or not much more depending on the time of year. Snow removal company also not assigned to clear the parking lot which is a safety issue : Rate 5 out of 10.

We had great assistance from Brandon at the front desk, not only when we checked in but when the major snow storm hit the area, he helped cancel a room reservation at another IHG hotel so we gould extend our current reservation. Brandon was an awesome help!!
