Awesome 4br 4.5 bath PGA West Nicklaus private with westerly view STR #228088

Located in the PGA West community on the Nicklaus private course, as you can see from the pictures, the views can't be beat. The westerly sunset view over the mountains is fantastic here. You can enjoy it from the veranda under the lanai or from the private salt water pool and hot tub if you wish. Just inside from the pool area are the kitchen, dining area, and living room, with the powder room nearby. This is perfect for four singles, four couples, or a family. Each of the four bedrooms has its own full bathroom for total privacy and convenience. Three and a half are within the main structure, the fourth is in a casita that stands alone located in the side yard, right next to a lemon tree which is handy in case you need fresh lemons. Professional local property manager on call for emergencies. This place is plain and simple fantastic. Please send your questions, looking to gain a steady clientele. Over 4,000' of living area inside so plenty of room. Also just added a fire pit and bumper pool table for even more fun!

This is a great house. We love the area and come often and this house has a couple things that really make it stand out. Layout is great for groups. Everyone has their own space, but the common areas (including outside) are large and comfortable. The small conveniences they take care of really make this place more comfortable. Plenty of kitchen utensils and dishes, spices and seasoning in the cupboard, clear instructions for everything, ample pool towels for everyone, etc. We only had one small hiccup and the property manager quickly replied, resolved, and followed up. Any other questions we had were quickly replied to. The backyard, while on a golf course, is secluded and quiet. And the sunset is fantastic.

Very spacious property with very comfy beds!! Kitchen fully stocked and plenty of linens for shower and pool. The pool and setting was spectacular! Plenty outdoor seating and lounging space. Would definitely book this property again!

What a view!

The view and back yard is amazing! The house is very big with each room having a private bathroom
so nice! The only thing missing are hair dryers

The pool and backyard setting are perfect

The location is fantastic, PGA West was a welcome respite every time we drove “home”. The house worked well for two couples, plenty of room to spread out, with room to spare. The best part of the house was the backyard, right off the beautiful golf course, under the shadow of stunning mountains. We loved the pool, and the hot tub was great once the sun went down and temps were a little cooler. The house has everything you might need, comfortable beds, tons of pool towels, etc. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

Returned for Thanksgiving

This is was our second trip to this property. It’s nestled on a fairway with a great view of the greens. Our family loves enjoying the pool/spa and watching the golfers go by and watching the sunset behind the mountains. Kitchen and dining are are well equipped for Thanksgiving dinner and our kids loved playing bumper pool!

Amazing Week at this property

We had a really great trip staying at this home. Check in was easy, and Teddy the on site manager was very helpful. She even called me the morning before we arrived as I had asked a question about staples in the kitchen. Overall, this home is exactly as it is advertised. Clean, perfectly laid out, in a nice, quiet neighborhood, and the view in the pictures is exactly what you get. Every morning as we were enjoying coffee on the patio, one of us would remark, This is such a perfect place! Pool and hottub were great. Bedrooms are all private and quiet, kitchen is well appointed. I would highly recommend. And if we come back to the area, we will definitely stay in the same place again. Thank you for a wonderful week!!!
