Guests will not have access to the garage or mailbox. There is parking throughout the community for guests.

This home is equipped with a security camera by the front door and back patio for security and protection.

The home and linens are professionally cleaned before and after each stay.

This is a smoke-free property.

Pets/animals are not allowed due to an allergy of the homeowner. If you want to travel with an animal/family pet, please consider another property.

Landscaping takes place Saturday morning.

Driving through the gate of this secured neighborhood was immediately relaxing
This one story 2 master suite house was even better than images showed on line! Super clean, quiet, fully stocked home that offered great outdoor spaces, 2 pools, a tennis court and clubhouse with table tennis, a pool table and full kitchen with a common area for seating or entertaining.The host was super responsive and left a fabulous welcome tray of goodies that went above & beyond! We have stayed at many VRBO properties and this was definitely one of the best. It is very clean, beautifully furnished and really well stocked with everything needed to make your stay as comfortable as being at home. The private yard is large for this community and has ample seating, a built-in gas BBQ and a very nice outdoor fireplace. Alissa is a great host and the wine and goodies waiting for us at check in was a nice welcome. We highly recommend this property and would definitely book again.

All the comforts of home

This is an amazing home! Well stocked, comfy beds, quiet neighborhood, and lovely patio areas. Communication was quick and easy. Parking right in front of the home. What a welcoming!!! What a stay!!! Truly one of the best!!! I stay a number of places and I would have to say this is one of the best! Many thanks to our host Alissa, who was very responsive during our stay. Alissa provided a wonderful welcome package and clear instructions on gaining our first access to the property. A very detailed book was also available outlining things to do in the area, local grocery stores, where everything was located on the property, and how to use the thermostat, as well as check out instructions. The property was beautifully furnished, very clean and well stocked. Looking forward to my next visit.

Restored my faith in VRBO/Homeaway

Everything about this property is sterling. The location is quiet, in a well planned community, and has a comfortable efficient floor plan. Even though we had inclement weather,our accommodations we so pleasant we were actually content to stay home. The home is immaculate. The neighborhood is pleasant, and parking is just a few steps from the front door. There are two pools. The owner is above and beyond gracious, attentive, and generous. There is not a single thing lacking to contribute to comfort.She generously offers a complimentary bottle of wine and snacks.The kitchen is well stocked with spices, cooking utensils, and even has parchment paper! After some really horrific experiences with VRBO, this rental has restored my faith. Thank you for making our vacation so comfortable and pleasant. Walking in the front door felt like we were coming home, and we look forward to returning.

Vacation Gem

First and foremost Alissa was great. It was easy to contact her when we had questions and she responded quickly. The home was beautiful inside as well as the outside grounds. There was more than enough pots, pans and dishware. There were little things we did not expect that made it feel more like being home. The outside amenities were very clean. After a couple of sets of tennis, the pool and jacuzzi felt good. The area was nice and quiet. We all really enjoyed our time there so I was reluctant to give this review because I want to book it again for next year.

Great All Around Experience

The unit was exactly as pictured, beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The owner quickly responded to my questions. We were greeted with a welcoming gift. What was especially appreciated was all the amenities that were provided including snacks of all kinds in the pantry, shampoo and other bathroom essentials, laundry detergent and many other things that made our visit convenient.
