State of the art construction and amenities, channeling the original aura of this mystical locale. The one and two-story Spanish Hacienda-style villas, with sloping red-tiled roofs hanging over whitewashed plaster walls are luxuriously furnished in early California decor, and boast 10ft. wood-beamed ceilings and 1700 square feet of space, providing the getaway seeker plenty of room to stretch out for a day, a week or a month. Soaking tubs, Wall-mounted flat screen T.V., Kohler fixtures, maple wood cabinetry, dream-sleep mattresses, designer sheets and towels, granite counters and stone tile floors all add to the opulent spa-like ambiance. The fully amenitized chef's kitchen and open floor plan are perfect for entertaining groups, and all balconies and patios feature private electric grills and patio tables to enjoy cooking and dining outdoors.

The living room as well as both master bedrooms all open through charming french doors onto tranquil balconies, where the aromas of surrounding bougainvillea and glowing palm trees complement romantic evenings of al fresco dining or wine tasting under a canopy of stars. The dual king master suites each contain en suite bathrooms with deep soaking tubs and stall showers with floor to ceiling tile.

For those able to pry themselves from the villa, the swimming options abound with 12 private salt water pools and 11 relaxing Jacuzzis, including dedicated lap pool, tranquil adult pool, and the ultimate family pool and play area with its beach-like entry, plus splash fountains and resort cabanas (free of charge). The inviting hammock garden, outdoor fireside lounge area, poolside Cafe, game room, and state of the art fitness facility round out the spectacular 10,000 sq.ft. Clubhouse at the heart of the resort.

For a host of additional options, guests can meander next door to the Waldorf Astoria La Quinta Resort and Club, featuring shopping, outdoor music, six fabulous restaurants, a world class spa, and two Pete Dye championship golf courses.

Main Renter booking the Villa is responsible for their group, must be 21 or older, and must be occupying the property booked for the entire stay.

House Rules
No smoking; no pets without prior consent of owner. Owner may permit small dogs with a $25/nt. additional pet rent. For April Festivals, all guests must be individually registered with the HOA for access at least four days prior to arrival.

This was our second stay in the same unit on the property. we had a great time.. was just as enjoyable as last year. There were an issue with one thing regarding workers on the property but the management company was very quick to deal with it which we really appreciated. really looking forward to coming back next year!

Perfect for extended family gathering!

Our extended family of 12 rented this lovely unit and C44 directly below. It worked out beautifully for us! Those who needed quiet time were able to do so with all the space both offer. The Mountain View's and seeing a few road runners were also a great plus! It couldn't have been more perfect for our needs! Michelle was outstanding to work with too! We will definitely be back !

Beautiful villa!

The Villa was perfectly clean, beautifully decorated and well kept. It looked like a model home when we walked in. It was extremely hot in La Quinta when we arrived and we walked into the villa with the air conditioning on and smooth jazz music streaming through the television. We got a little lost after passing security, the owner picked up our call and was so nice to explain the location inside the complex. Will definitely be booking this villa again in the future.

Like a room at the Hilton, but better!

Very nice condo! It's like a nice hotel, but even better because it has multipe rooms, a kitchen, and a living room. Fresh white towels and sheets, organic bath soaps and shampoo, large separate bath tubs, tile showers, plenty of storage, granite kitchen with top of the line appliances, filtered water. My husband and I were there with our kids and my sister's family. It was so nice that each couple got to have our own master suite. Our suite even had a partially separate section where we were able to set up our baby's Pack N Play. The pool was just down the stairs and we had it to ourselves each time we went. And there is a Trader Joes just a couple miles away!

My parents loved it!

Nice rental

We enjoyed the property and proximity to La Quinta Resort. It's an easily walkable distance and our three year old was even able to scoot as we walked. Fun! The pool was great and kid friendly too. I would have given it a 5 star review except that the property manager was unresponsive regarding our request to check in a bit early so we could nap our two toddlers. Overall it was a great vacation rental, well appointed and we would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Another Amazing Trip!

We go to the desert 2 or 3 times a year and always stay at Legacy Villas. It's a great time and the owners are always accommodating. Highly recommend this unit, it was fully stocked and easy to navigate around. Cleaning crew and property manager also on top of everything!
