Desert light washes over the Santa Rosa `Chocolate` Mountains each morning, setting the tone for days that move between poolside ease and firelit evenings. This is La Quinta at its most unhurried - a place where the backyard becomes your anchor and the surrounding landscape feels like a reward. Whether you`ve come for the festivals, the fairways, or simply the stillness, the rhythm here is entirely your own.
Indoor living
Set within Signature PGA West - `The Western Home of Golf in America` - this 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home welcomes up to 8 guests and sits just a 2-minute walk from Ernie`s Bar and Grill at The Stadium Course Clubhouse. The living room centers around a large sectional sofa (which converts into a queen bed), a 75` Smart TV, and an indoor fireplace that makes evenings feel easy. Board games, a full bingo set, and oversized classics round out the mix for nights in.
Kitchen & dining
The extra-large kitchen island seats 5 and anchors a space built for gathering. A dining table accommodates 8, and the fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, baking sheet, wine glasses, dishes and silverware, cooking basics, and a coffee maker - with both a Keurig coffee machine and Nespresso machine available. A dedicated workspace and Ethernet connection keep you connected when needed. Please note: cooking oil, sprays, foil, plastic wrap, and other cooking ingredients are not supplied.
Sleeping arrangements
The Primary Suite offers a king bed, 50` Smart TV, walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a large walk-in shower, with sliding doors leading directly to the California room and backyard. Bedroom 2 has a king bed and 55` Smart TV. Bedroom 3 includes two full beds, a 55` Smart TV, clothing storage, and a vanity desk. A crib and Pack `n play/Travel crib are available upon request. Washer, dryer, bathroom essentials, and extra pillows and blankets are all provided.
Outdoor living
The backyard is framed by mountain views and built for long, unhurried days. The saltwater pool features a tanning shelf with Ledge Loungers, while sun loungers, cantilever umbrellas, and a hammock fill out the sun deck. Two outdoor TVs, an outdoor dining area, patio seating, and a BBQ grill with barbecue utensils are ready for alfresco evenings. As the temperature drops, the 10` oversized spa, fire pit, and fire bowls create a warm desert atmosphere well into the night. Hot tub heat is complimentary; pool heating is $50 per day to reach 88 degrees (typically needed October through May - during summer months the pool naturally sits between 85-95 degrees).
Entertainment & amenities
The flexible 3-car garage doubles as an entertainment hub, with ping pong table, arcade games, mini golf, a game console setup, and a mini split AC for comfort. The home also includes Wifi, air conditioning, ceiling fans, heating, a shared gym within the community, free parking on premises, self check-in with a keypad, and a private entrance. Check-in is after 4PM and check-out is at 11AM. There is no extra fee for early check-in or late check-out (if we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will). Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay; a mid-week or mid-stay clean can be arranged for an additional fee. Exterior security cameras are in place on the property. Our home has noise limit requirements set by the HOA.
Pets are welcome - no cats; certain non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs will be considered at an additional fee.
Our homes are keyless entry. We issue a code rather than a physical key - the code changes with every reservation for security, and is provided before arrival to make check-in as smooth as possible.
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home. We do not have mailbox keys, and multiple people have access to the property (vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff), so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
NOTE: We have many homes in PGA Signature either connecting, or within a few doors of this specific address. Opportunity to rent multiple homes right next to each other is available. Please inquire for larger groups!
We highly recommend travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policies are firm.
Please carefully review all PGA Signature Community Rules, all tickets will come out of the deposit.
PARKING- All vehicles must be parked in the garage/driveway (Can`t be hanging into the street or the HOA will ticket) additionally 2 vehicles are allowed on the street.
VEHICLE SIZE- SPRINTER VANS are not allowed in PGA Signature. No commercial size vehicles.
VEHICLE PASSES- All passes must be displayed on the windshield or patrol will ticket.
NOISE ORDINANCE:
Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, PGA West is a zero tolerance community, if security is called a fine will be imposed.
Loud noise isn`t permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!
PETS- If you plan on bringing your certified service animal or emotional support dog we would appreciate communication and documentation prior to check in to supply to the home owners:).
POOL/HOT TUB (RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT)
You understand that you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and all accidents that may happen on the property and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers with swimming and may present a danger to adults who consume medication, alcohol, or drugs and children who are not carefully supervised. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, exposure to any of our plants that can be poisonous if eaten, or any other activities on the property.
Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, its respective affiliates and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/or property, fines, liens, losses, and other liabilities, including attorneys` fees arising out of or in any way related to your stay in our property and its surrounding land including claims for loss or damage to any property or for death or injury to any individual. owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the property.
