Great location, especially when you have a view overlooking the water. Little loud at times from the busy streets, but overall a great place to stay. Stayed here before and will do it again when we return.

The host and staff were friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations. But….This is not a simple hotel if you are elderly. The parking was about 5blocks away and difficult to find. There are 2 very long ,narrow , steep flights of stairs. The room is very small.,but clean.

This is a great place to stay if you would like to be in the center of everything in La Rochelle. The view from the window is fantastic, and the room was very quiet despite all the hustle and bustle outside. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing we had an issue with was the WiFi. If you are from another country and depend on Wi-Fi for communication, it goes in and out, so not very reliable.

We received the friendliest welcome ever. We had help taking luggage up and down stairs. No noise problems. Good AC and brilliant shower. Central location with a fantastic view. Disappointed that we did not have a full length window as shown in the picture but fully enjoyed the week that we spent there.
