A Golf Front Property with open spaces, views a gorgeous lake, and evolves into the Links Golf Course’s Hole #10. The main living room features high ceilings and contemporary furniture and a big dining table for 12 in the air-conditioned dining area. This area opens to a "Lounge Deck" in front of the lake which features an all-around elegant night lighting design. There are multiple parking spaces available at the property. There is an in-house cook/maid and a butler available until 5:00pm.

Bedrooms:
This villa has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep from 8 to 14 guests. In the first bedroom, you will find a king-sized bed. The bathroom has a toilet, 2 sinks, and 2 walk-in showers and a walk in closet. In all of the other bedrooms, there are 2 queen beds, a toilet, a sink, and a walk-in shower and sliding door closet. Linen, towels, essential toiletries, and a hair dryer are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

Pool Area:
There is also a guest bathroom near the pool with a toilet and sink to avoid going into bedrooms wet. Dining table near the pool with a BBQ available. The kitchen is open to the private outdoor pool area with a small bar.

*ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
There is a US$25 per person fee for those who are not members of CostaSur, this will be charged by Casa De Campo Resort & Villas when you register at the reception of the main entrance.

** OTHER SERVICE FEES **CASH only **:
- Cook/maid: US$20 after 5:00pm to be paid directly to her.
- Butler: US$20 after 5:00pm to be paid directly to him.
- Golf cart: US$50 per day to be paid before checkout.

- Pets are not allowed at the property.
