An exceptional modern villa in a very quiet location, located on the private La Romana Country Club golf course. Bright open living room that opens up to a terrace with lounge chairs, and a large gazebo with dining and sitting corner, surrounded with a large garden with tropical plants.

All 3 bedrooms with AC and fan have ensuite bathrooms with shower and closet space.

Car port for 2 cars plus additional off street parking space.

New resort registration fees starting February 1, 2026.

• US$30.00 per adult, per night (adults: 13 years and older)

• US$15.00 per child, per night (children: 4 to 12 years old)

• Complimentary for children under 4 years old

Each registered visitor will receive a personalized identification card granting access to the resort and its facilities, as well as to the Villa Concierge Service for assistance with booking activities at the following outlets:

Perfect Spot!

This villa is exactly as described! It has a beachy feel with the white interior and furnishings. The rooms are spacious, and the main living area is light and airy. We enjoyed the plunge pool! We asked the maid to make us a light breakfast everyday which we enjoyed on the outdoor patio. Definitely rent a golf cart- the one we rented through this property was small and worked fine, but next time we would upgrade to a bigger and newer one so that there was more space for our golf clubs.

Beautiful house

We really enjoyed our time at this house. The house looks just like the pictures, white and beachy, and is well kept and lovely. The backyard is an oasis with a beautiful pool. My husband and I stayed here with our two kids and it was perfect for us. The property manager, Inge, was very responsive and arranged our dinner reservations and our golf cart rental. We had a few things go wrong (golf cart malfunction, for one) and she was really helpful in getting it fixed. The house is really well located in Casa de Campo, a relatively short ride to the beach and pretty central. A note for properties here: they are all air conditioned in the bedrooms but the common areas are intended to be open air. They do have air conditioning units in the main living space but they are not big enough to really cool the area in the heat of the day, so just be aware of that. We had friends staying in other houses that were the same way, so I think that’s pretty standard. WiFi was great. The house comes with a housekeeper who can make breakfast or you can pay extra for a chef. The housekeeper speaks only Spanish, so we used Google Translate a lot, but she was really nice and it was great to have someone make breakfast and clean up the breakfast dishes. Plus, the full time help means that the house is always really clean. Note that whatever help you get, a tip at the the end of the week is expected. In summary, a wonderful house that we would absolutely stay at again! Highly recommend.
