Welcome to this cozy retreat in Fabrégas, overlooking the organic farm, just a 5-minute walk from the beaches, Janas Forest, and the beautiful coastal path. Between the port of La Seyne-sur-Mer and the lively Sablettes district, enjoy a fully equipped 30m² apartment with a sunny terrace, comprising a bedroom for 2 people and a double sofa bed. Discover the many water sports, nature hikes, restaurants, bars, beaches, and more near this quiet and peaceful residence.
The apartment is a fully refurbished 30m² one-bedroom apartment comprising a bathroom with washing machine, a dressing room, a bedroom with double bed, a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, small refrigerator, freezer, kitchen utensils, storage space, etc.), a sofa bed for two people, a small dining area, and a terrace with outdoor furniture. Located in a quiet residence, a small path accessible from the apartment gives you direct access to Fabrégas beach or the various wild Mediterranean coves. There is a bike path near the apartment, so you can choose between walking or cycling! Small local shops are also just a 5-minute drive away.
You will have a private parking space during your stay, which is very convenient for exploring the surrounding area, such as Sanary-sur-Mer and its beautiful market!
The Fabrégas neighborhood was a real favorite. It is an incredible destination that offers a variety of activities at sea, in the forest, in the city... The Fabrégas estate, opposite the apartment, covers an area of 55 hectares consisting of a building (formerly a bourgeois residence), gardens, and woods. Animals are of course welcome!
It is also an agricultural estate. The dedicated plot is used for organic farming.
The harvest is sold on site (Wednesdays from 4pm to 7pm in summer and from 2pm to 7pm in winter, and Saturdays from 9am to 12pm).
The Sablettes district, next to Fabrégas, is lively in season with its night market, children's amusement park, and large white sand beaches.
You can also take a 15-minute drive to the port of Sanary-sur-Mer, known for its traditional market, which was voted the Most Beautiful Market in France in 2018.
As a native of La Seyne-sur-Mer, I will be delighted to provide you with all the information you need to make the most of your stay.
Upon arrival, you will find a folder containing all the information you need for your stay, such as walks to take in the surrounding area, restaurants and bars to discover, beaches, public transportation, as well as information about the apartment and how it works (use of the washing machine, etc.).
The neighborhood is very well served by public transportation, such as the shuttle boat to the port of Toulon and various buses to the Sablettes neighborhood, the city center and port of La Seyne-sur-Mer, the town of Sanary-sur-Mer, and Toulon. The bus stop is located in front of the residence.
