Nice recent flat with a bright cosy living room, located at 5 walking minutes of a forest. From your window, you might see horses, sheep and sometimes cows.

It has kitchen facilities (with a private washing machine) and a bathroom (with bathtub). There is an outside terrace dedicated to the flat as well as a place to park.

My wife, our two sons and I live upstairs in the house and have our own terrace which is separated from the other.

- a TV with more than 250 channels on the Apple TV.
It is also possible to use the Apple TV to play video games. There is also a Chromecast key, so you stream content to the TV directly from your phone or your computer.

- a free outdoor parking space for a car
- a grass terrace

The electricity that powers up the house is generated locally with photovoltaic panels on the roof.

This studio is in a well located village near the city of Fribourg.

If you you travel by train, "Belfaux-Village" train station is at less than 1 km. This train station has trains every 30 minutes to Fribourg city centre (4 minutes train ride) which is then well connected to other major cities of Switzerland (Bern is at 20 minutes, Geneva at 1h30m, Zurich at 1h30m, Basel at 1h30m).

If you have or rent a car, the flat is at less than 5 minutes from 2 highway entrances ("Fribourg-Nord" and "Fribourg-Centre").

The Swiss highlights are easily accessible thanks to a well centred location.
