A great little apartment setup in the centre with everything needed around you. I travelled on a motorbike and there was on street parking free of charge around the corner. The staff, Tania specifically, were super helpful and the room very clean and tidy with everything you need. A great place to stop off.

Ascenseur hors service, nous aurions aimé être averti. Pour la chambre, tout était ok, propreté également. Concernant le petit déjeuner, le premier matin nous avons été extrêmement mal reçus. Le serveur nous a proposé à peine la moitié de ce dont nous avions le droit (nous l’avons su seulement le lendemain avec une autre serveuse) et les jus sont abominables. Alors qu’ils ont des oranges fraîches, ce n’est pas compris dans le petit déjeuner. C’est décevant

Chambre confortable et propre Emplacement parfait à proximité de la gare et du port pour la visite des Cinque Terre. Nous avons bénéficié d’un accueil avec personnel parfait (renseignements sur les activités et la ville). Il faut savoir que cet accueil est limité :15h à 17h30 Les moins : - cafetière et théière sont dans une salle commune qui dessert 5 chambres et non dans sa propre chambre - le parking San Giorgio le plus près est à 100 euros pour 3 jours ; le parking Europa à 20 euros par jour est à 750 m (zone piétonne avec les valises)

Very comfortable and renovated room

Super nice and renovated room with a top moth bathroom. Everything felt clean and fresh and we immediately felt at home. Good communication and very easy self check in. Fast answer to any questions. Worth noticing that even though it says apartment hotel, it’s a room only. There is a joint area with a fridge and coffee machine. The included breakfast at a neighboring café is basic (coffee, juice, croissant) buy has nice other options if you want to buy extra. Situated right on the main pedestrian street and close to ”everything”. A perfect base for traveling around the Cinque Terre area.

Chambre très propre et fraîchement rénovée. Bien organisée, la chambre convient parfaitement pour 2 personnes. Bien que situé côté rue piétonne, la chambre est parfaitement insonorisée. L’espace commun à disposition offre le nécessaire pour boire un thé ou un café ainsi que manger à table. Des informations concernant la Spezia sont dispo dans cette espace. Tout était très propre. Le petit déjeuné est servi dans un bar à quelques pas, attention pour les personnes avec un fort appétit, le petit déjeuné est composé uniquement d’une boisson chaude, une viennoiserie et d’une boisson fraîche. Le reste est en supplément. Je recommande vivement cette hôtel

Excellent stay

We had a lovely stay, Tania was very welcoming and friendly. Our room was perfect with everything we needed and it was very clean and comfortable. It was just a short 10-15 min walk from La Spezia train station to visit Cinque Terre. The room also included breakfast which was of exceptional quality as a bar a short walk away.
