Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce logement.Marta est une hôte très sympa et très disponible.La terrasse offre uen vue extradordinaire sur la baie de la Spezia.Il y a un parking privé et en 5/10 minutes, vous pourrez vous rendre au centre-ville et au port de la Spezia.La maison manque un peu d'espace par contre et la cuisine manque de fonctionnalités, certaines prises pour brancher ses appareils ne sont pas adaptées et des prises supplémentaires auraient été la bienvenue.Aussi, il n'y a pas de salon, seulement une table dans la chambre.Le mobilier est un peu vétuste et demanderait à être changé.Enfin, si l'autre partie de la maison qui se trouve au-dessus est louée, vous devrez partager la terrasse avec d'autres personnes.Cependant, vu que vous passerez la plupart de votre temps à l'extérieur, ce n'est pas contraignant et la maison est idéalement placée pour effectuer toutes les activités et visites qui s'offrent à vous (La maison est proche du port et de la gare, ce qui vous permettra notamment de vous rendre facilement dans les villages des Cinq Terre où nous avons vécus une expérience fabuleuse).Merci encore pour ce séjour, nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances.
