This property has the wow factor we loved overlooking the port, quiet area ! The host Fillipo and Sonia were very accommodating helpful and so friendly! I recommend this property highly if you want a spectacular stay in La Spezia!

Host was very friendly and accommodating. The apartment was clean and well furnished for our 4 night stay. We loved being able to walk to the city center, although there is a bus stop near the apartment but we usually opted for the 15-20 minute walk for pizza and ice cream. We did use the bus to reach Porto Venere! You can get bus tickets at the Tabaccheria at the bottom of the hill as you walk to the bus stop. All-in-all a great location with views of the harbor from the balcony.
