Its furnishings and modern decor will seduce you as much as its beautiful shaded terrace and barbecue. From grilling to the pool, it's just a splash!



The ground floor first consists of a large open room, with large bay windows overlooking the terrace and swimming pool. The large American kitchen with its central island will be perfect for cooking together and preparing delicious little dishes. You will find an induction hob, a microwave, an oven, a refrigerator, a freezer, and a dishwasher. For breakfast, a filter coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle are also at your disposal.



From the kitchen to the dining room, it's just a step away. Furnished with taste, its armchairs will make you want to sit at the table. A magnificent lounge, friendly and cosy with its television, completes this beautiful room with a cathedral ceiling, and with a view of the swimming pool (the mezzanine is decorative, but not accessible).



You will find at this level a beautiful bright room with its bay window and its view of the Eiffel Tower, a bathroom with a shower, and an independent toilet. Behind the living room, a study and library space allows you to work from home if needed, but above all to accommodate two people thanks to its sofa bed.



The rest of the accommodations are located upstairs, and each room evokes a travel memory. In the first, a New York decor with a view of Central Park welcomes you. The room is equipped with a Queen size bed and a large bay window opening onto a balcony. The next one, with a double bed, offers an urban view of the La Boca neighbourhood in Buenos Aires. The last room, with its beautiful volumes, will take you to Red Square in Moscow.
