Country House 'La Coma D'en Roca' with Mountain View, Private Pool and Wi-Fi
Large rural farmhouse located at the foot of the Sierra de Malforat with panoramic views over the Bianya Valley. It has large common areas such as outdoor games room and fenced swimming pool.
La Coma d'en Roca is a restored 17th century stone farmhouse that stands out for its elevated position above the valley and exceptional views. It has large common areas and an impressive garden with a fenced swimming pool facing the Cabrarès massif.
The property has a land of 50 hectares. The area next to the house is a large garden with several terraces. There is a barbecue area and a picnic area to eat under the shade of the trees. There is also a covered outdoor games room with table tennis, table soccer, billiards and a chill out area. The pool area is elevated above the garden and overlooks the entire property with exceptional views. Finally we will also find a large corral and a large area of fenced meadows with electric shepherd where the donkeys of the farm live.
On the farm lives a couple of landlords with their dogs. They have their own house with a small outdoor terrace. The rest of the exteriors that you can see in the photos are reserved exclusively for the guests of the rural house.
