Spacious, comfortable, and set in a quiet neighborhood, this 4BR/2BA home is a great basecamp for Southern Utah. Located about 25 minutes from Zion National Park and just 2 minutes from Zion Canyon Hot Springs, it offers an updated interior, comfortable beds, and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy evenings in the private backyard with patio and fire pit—ideal for families or groups seeking space, value, and a peaceful stay. Professionally managed by Zion Gateway Stays.

There's a delicious local coffee/sandwich shop that overlooks the Virgin river thats just a few blocks away.

You will have access to the entire home and property. We do have a couple locked supply closets, but other than that the rest of the home is available for use.

The property was clean and nice. Great location...close to a grocery store and Zion. The master bedroom was huge. The beds were comfortable. The water heater was loud though. It woke multiple people up. The fans in the bedrooms were also loud ... too loud to sleep with so in the summer it would be tricky.

Beautiful home near Zion!

This newly renovated home was a wonderful getaway for our family when we visited Zion National Park. Everything we needed to enjoy a comfortable stay was available and it was just a short, scenic drive away from Zion. Tyler was wonderful to work with and made our vacation easy and relaxing.
