Pleasant typical Canaulaise house close to center station in a quiet street. An internet connexion is available and free. Guests can enjoy a pleasant wooded garden and a beautiful wooden terrace south east facing. You will be close to the beaches (600m) and shops (300m). The living room opens with window doors on the terrace with awning and garden furniture. The kitchen is independent and equipped with a window door opening to the terrace. At the entrance a very pleasant north west facing veranda is a pleasant lounge area. A bedroom is equipped with a double bed. Two bedrooms are equipped with 2 single beds. A renovated shower room. Toilets are independent. There is a parking space at the entrance of the garden. Golf is 3 km and lake 6 km - REF 03250. BED LINEN AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines de rêve dans cette superbe maison. Dès que nous y avons mis un pied nous nous sommes sentis chez nous. Accueillante, décorée avec goût, très bien placée et tout le nécessaire était sur place. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter

Hübsches, gut gelegenes Objekt mit angenehmem Innen- und Aussenraum. Mobiliar teilweise stark „abgelebt“. Mit mehr Sorgfalt wäre es das ideale Haus.

Nice house close to the beach and center of Lacanau

Old but comfortable house. Especially good outdoor space to rest and have some meals and well equipped kitchen if you like to cook. Cleaning of the entire house and in particular the kitchen needs to be more careful. Would de great to have another W/C or better/ bigger one. House that with some refurbishments would become fabulous.

Charmante location d’été

Jolie villa typique de Lacanau-Océan bien située dans une rue calme. Meublée et décorée de façon charmante. Cuisine très bien équipée. Pièces ayant de beaux volumes. Seuls bémols exprimés par la famille: beaucoup de fourmis qui s’invitent dans la maison et le lit 2 places un peu étroit (140cm).
