The flat is composed of a first bedroom with a double bed 160 cm with an ensuite shower room and a second bedroom with two single beds 90 cm. The main bathroom has an Italian shower and the toilets are independent. The kitchen area is fully equipped . A bicycle room is available in the residence, as well as a private parking space. The apartment is decorated with taste. Enjoy all the amenities of the central beaches of Lacanau on foot. Beaches, restaurants, shops at 800m, Lacanau lake at 5 kms, golf at 3 kms. (Ref. 02427).
