For shared use: property 1'400 m2 (fenced) with lawn and plants. Private: natural state property 200 m2, parking at the house on the premises. Shop 700 m, supermarket 600 m, restaurant 700 m, bus stop "Lacanau Océan" 900 m, sandy beach "Lacanau-Océan" 500 m, bathing lake "Lacanau Le Moutchic" 6 km.
