It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 adults and is located just 900 metres from the ocean and shops, while Lacanau Lake is accessible approximately 5 kilometres away.



The villa offers functional and friendly living spaces. The living room is fitted with a sofa and a television, ideal for relaxing after a day spent at the beach or exploring the surroundings. The adjacent dining area allows for sharing meals with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything necessary for an independent stay, with modern equipment and plenty of storage.



The night space consists of three well-arranged rooms. A first bedroom has two single beds, a second bedroom offers a double bed with storage cupboard, while the master suite benefits from a double bed, a dressing room and direct access to a private bathroom with shower and WC. A second bathroom with shower and washbasin completes the set, as well as independent WC. A laundry room equipped with a washing machine provides additional comfort for extended stays.



Outside, the fully enclosed grounds allow you to fully enjoy beautiful days in a calm and secure environment. The villa is an ideal starting point for discovering Lacanau Océan, its fine sandy beaches, surf spots, cycle paths and pine forests. WIFI connection is included, facilitating teleworking or long-term stays.
