Great Location with Lake View

Come visit the lake regions in NH and enjoy the clear waters of the Winnipesaukee lake. This beautiful condo is located a few minutes from Weirs Beach and walking distance to the board walk and the lake. The condominium association has a private pool, playground, tennis court and laundry room.
We offer towels, sheets, pillows and beach towels. Two bedrooms one with a queen size bed and one with two twins bed. The couch turns into a full size bed.
Free wifi and parking.
Weirs Beach is a perfect location for a family vacation with lots of outdoors actives, train ride, boat rides, mini-golf and arcades. The board walk has multiple restaurants and all with WALKING DISTANCE FROM THE CONDO. NO NEED TO DRIVE. Perfect vacation spot. Enjoy

PS: unit is on the second level, only four steps of stairs. Smoking is permitted outside the unit. Balcony is screened in.

Such a nice place!

New hampshire is so nice especially in autumn with beautiful colors. The appartment is great, fully equiped, calm and perfect for 4 adult or a family, close to Meredith where you fĂźnd many good restaurants.

incorrect listing. NETFLIX password was incorrect. Pool code was incorrect. Unable to watchTV because WIFI was freezing every 30 seconds. No screen on porch. I asked the host if there was a lot of stairs to get to the condo because my 97 year old aunt was with us and was told that there was only 8 steps down to condo. There was actually 12 steps down, 7 steps up to the condo made it extremely difficult for my aunt. First night there the unit above us was having a party that lasted until past midnight, loud music, yelling, and banging on floor. I contacted host and asked for help with no response. I had to call the Laconia Police dept. and they came and took care of it. The following day, which was Labor day, I texted the host to let her know what had happened and she said sorry for the inconvenience if you leave this afternoon I will give you a full refund. There was no other place for us to go due to the holiday no vacancies. That would mean that everyone that drove 2 hours for one sleepless night had to pack up that day to go back home. Easier said then done with my elderly Aunt that would have been stressful for her. I asked host if she would refund 50% for us to stay until check out she said no because she had given us a 10% military discount and allowed us to go into the unit at 2pm on Sunday instead of 3pm. Host did not help. No refund for 1st night. Also lights went out in unit again no response from host, I had to figure out and flip circuit breaker. Do not recommend

Great location, condo looks newly renovated compared to building. Very clean and nicely kept. Would recommend having 2 keys available for renters. Also, pool access code has changed and recommend updating on information. Over all great place!

Condo was in excellent condition and very clean. Kitchen well stocked with appliances, cooking utensils, and pots/pans. Liked that there were 3 separate AC wall units in each room to customize temperatures. Ample towels. Pool area and community grill very well maintained with noodles and small floats to use. 10 minute drive to Shaw’s grocery store and 15 minutes to Bank of NH Pavilion. Did not mention in description multiple uneven steps from parking area to building; difficult maneuvering with luggage and not well lit at night time. The bedrooms had no dressers or desks to place items in/on so couldn’t really unpack the suitcases. Also no shelves in the shower en-suite to put toiletries like soap so had to use sink next to shower which caused water to get everywhere (used towel on floor).

Great spot and amazing views everything was as it says unfortunately it was a little dirty in the kids bedroom and left over socks and the shelves had dust but that’s small compared to the value you receive in views and how close you are to the beach.

Everything was clean and well put together there was plenty of cookware to use. the couch folds out to a bed extremely easy and convenient. stayed for bike week with a few friends there is plenty of parking and they have a good size lot to store your trailer if you need to

Great location but some downsides

The location is great, however, the cleaning crew left a dirty shirt on the main bathroom floor when we arrived and the bed cover in the main bedroom was dirty (they had extra clean bed covers so we replaced it ourselves). However, the condo did not have a pack’n play as advertised, so we had to share our bed with a toddler which was not ideal. As well, the fire alarm started beeping. It appeared someone had already tried replacing the batteries and broke the fire alarm battery cover trying to do so. We went out and bought new batteries for the fire alarm which seemed to work (and let the owners know). Unfortunately, later in the night while sleeping (isn't that how it always goes?!?) the fire alarm started beeping again and we could not get it to stop. So no one slept well that night. I contacted the owners who agreed to refund us that one night the fire alarm kept us up. Since then I have contacted vrbo twice about this who tell me they can’t get a hold of the owners and so they are still in the “investigation stage.” It’s frustrating that the owners would respond quickly to us on the app but not to vrbo after agreeing to the one night refund. (Not to mention vrbo could view the message themselves or have me forward it). So, in all beautiful place to stay, with a great view, but it’s clear the property manager is not on top of things. As well, laundry is not on premises and is in a separate building and costs additional money, which is a bit deceiving in its listing.

Perfect for the 4 of us

Great location, cozy condo that served us perfectly. About a half mile to the beach with brewery and ice cream restaurant right around the corner and walkable distance. Had a great four day day.

The place was cozy!! Clean and supplied well. The stairs were a struggle. Seeing we had a person with cane. Didn't realize there were so many. The pictures only showed backside. Took a bit to find laundry room. That room was very nice and clean.

Nascar weekend

This is our second stay at this condo. It is in a great location. You can walk to the beach and boardwalk. There is a candy store nearby with delicious home made ice cream! It’s a short drive to shopping outlets and to the New Hampshire motor speedway. You can watch the fireworks on Saturday night from the balcony! The condo was clean and as it appeared in the photos. We had a great weekend, despite the rain.

Great location

We stayed for a week in August. The location was great. We could walk to the beach and down to the boardwalk and train. Meredith was also an easy drive. The condo is well maintained with everything that we needed. The on-site pool was clean and was a great alternative to the beach.

The unit was clean and just as described/pictured. Communication with the owner was good. The pillows in the master bedroom could use replacing (they were so thin/worn down we couldn't sleep on them), but otherwise the place was lovely.

Vacation review

We enjoyed our stay at the property. Everything was neat and clean. The location was great, close to many attractions. We had an issue (electrical) and the owner of the property responded promptly and we we able to resolved it quickly. The only comment we have is there are a number of stairs to go from the parking lot to the condo. It was fine for us, but my father in law is elderly. For future reference you may want to include it in the description.
