Located in a charming village in northern Aveyron at 765 meters altitude, this characterful 150 m² house, designed to accommodate up to 8 guests, invites you to relax on a 1,300 m² fenced and wooded plot, ensuring privacy and tranquility.



The ground floor features a spacious 70 m² living area with a fully equipped open kitchen, a welcoming lounge, two bedrooms, a shower room, and separate toilets. Upstairs, you will find two more bedrooms, including a master suite with a private bathroom and toilet. Bed linen and towels are included.



Amenities include a laundry room, large-screen TV, landline phone, internet connection, and various appliances: American-style fridge, microwave, mini-oven, convection oven, capsule coffee maker, deep fryer, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer.



Outside, you can enjoy the garden furniture and a gas barbecue. You are also welcome to taste the fruit from the many trees in the garden. The house is heated by a central system and a wood-burning insert, ensuring optimal comfort in every season.



Lacroix-Barrez, nestled in northern Aveyron, is a picturesque village offering breathtaking views of the Truyère gorges and the Aubrac plateau. This historic village, dominated by the ruins of Valon Castle, is the ideal starting point to discover the region’s natural and cultural treasures: walks on green trails, visits to listed villages such as Conques, or tasting local specialties at nearby farms and markets. An authentic place, perfect for relaxation and outdoor activities.
