The contemporary design of this recently constructed villa is magnificent. The first impressions of the house are that of light, space and clean lines.



The contemporary design of this recently constructed villa is magnificent. The first impressions of the house are that of light, space and clean lines. The electric gates lead to a covered parking area for several cars. The open plan layout creates a feeling of spaciousness and light. The double aspect floor to ceiling windows flood the area with natural light and incorporate the outdoor living area inside. The fully fitted kitchen is modern and sleek in design with sensational natural wood dining table. This area also benefits from double aspect sliding doors to incorporate the outdoor kitchen comprising Kamodo Joe BBQ, gas BBQ, rotisserie, frying table and fridge.



The lounge is spacious, comfortable yet stylish. For convenience, there is an entrance WC. On this level there is also a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and patio doors leading to small terrace with table and chairs and pathway to the gardens. Downstairs there is a full-size pool table, kitchen area, seating area and additional WC. On the upstairs level, there is a further double bedroom with good sea views and en-suite bathroom. This bedroom also has a small private balcony with table and chairs. There is a further twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and large private terrace with hammock and chairs to enjoy the sea views.



The master bedroom has double aspect windows to fully appreciate the sea view and terraces facing south and west so you can you watch the sunset.



Stairs lead to the extensive roof terrace which offers panoramic views of the sea and Monchique mountains. These views can be enjoyed whilst relaxing on the stylish furniture.



The house is fully air conditioned and has several “smart” features such as external wifi speakers and a variety of lighting options.



The infinity swimming pool is a fabulous feature of this house. The main part of the pool is 11.5x4 meters with the benefit of shallow waters in an L shaped design around the house.



Simply put, this villa is outstanding., The design, décor and ambience are unbeatable. The location is a true bonus. It is unlikely you will want to leave the grounds of the villa but if you do, the beach, shops and restaurants are a five minute walk.

We stayed here as a family with a baby and a toddler. The villa was very well equipped and comfortable, plenty of space for the 6 adults. The outdoor kitchen was perfect for BBQs in, we would recommend Apolonia supermarket for a big shop - you need a car to get there. Walking distance to town - we had a lovely dinner at the chefs table and black salt. We would recommend both of these restaurants. The garden was beautiful, a very relaxing setting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Stunning Modern home

The house was beautifully appointed and filled with lovely decor comfy beds and bedding. Kitchen nicely stocked with an espresso maker! A little bit of issue checking in as we were not told to contact the rental company before we arrived so some waiting to enter but overall managed very well. The pool is not heated but it was comfortable in the heat of the day. Beautiful sunsets and an easy walk to everything in Carvoeiro.

Perfect villa in a perfect location!

This villa has everything you need for a fabulous family/ friends holiday. The decor is even better than in the photos, it has everything you could possibly need! Great entertainment system with speakers in every room including at the pool. Only a few minutes walk from the nearest restaurants and bars, 10 mins walk to beach or boardwalk. Would definitely come back. The only one thing that lets it down is the pool not being heated. Even though we were there 1st week in June, the pool was freezing, our 3 year old grandson wouldn’t go near it which was a shame. For a villa of this price I would expected a heated pool.

Excellent Villa, literally breathtaking!

Great for families with the pool having multiple depth areas. Beautiful garden Really comfy beds Secure entrance Awesome views Close to shops restaurants and mini market No car needed Also would recommend getting a delivery to the address from the supermarket with all your waters and drinks so you don’t need to carry lots of heavy waters throughout your stay, we used Apolonia supermarket online. A safe would be good as it’s a very expensive villa and we have some expensive items in the villa we would like to have locked away. Pool doesn’t have the option of heating which we normally like to buy for the kids. These did not affect our stay though, it was superb

So accommodating

The house is even more spectacular than the photos make it look. And Kate was an amazing host. One of the children traveling with us broke a big window. Kate literally said "accidents happen." No freak outs. She immediately had a team out to help with the cleanup, then got us an itemized bill so we could pay for the damages. Obviously we would have had to pay regardless, but she didn't have to be so understanding.

Stunning large villa with private pool and plenty of space for 8 of us. Beautifully decorated and furnished with all the bedrooms being ensuite, plus extra wc's on the ground floor and in the basement (where there is also a pool table). Loads of seating inside and outside, for dining and relaxing, plus sunbeds for all. The outside kitchen was great, although we couldn't get the teppanyaki-style hotplate working. The sea views from all the first floor bedrooms are beautiful and are even more spectacular from the roof terrace, which is equipped with more seating. Watching the sunsets from up there was just magical. This luxury villa is in a brilliant location within Carvoeiro. It's an easy 5-10mins walk down into town for all the restaurants and bars, and to the beach but equally it is set in a quiet side street, away from all noise. We've been to this area many times over the years and all round, this has been the best property we've rented. Cannot recommend highly enough!

The closest thing to Paradise

We have been renting holiday villas for over 30 years and this is the finest property we have ever stayed in. The quality of accommodation was exceptional with everything you need to make your holiday unforgettable. We did have a few grievances however : 1)The pool was unheated which resulted in minimal use by only 2 members of our party - disappointing for a villa of this quality 2)On our arrival we discovered two sets of patio doors in two of the bedrooms couldn’t be secured. This remained the case throughout our stay despite reporting the issue on day 1 3)We couldn’t locate a safe to secure our valuables and only discovered that one was located in the basement on day 4 of our vacation despite raising this with the agent on day1 4)We were disappointed that there wasn’t a meet and greet on our arrival given the very technical aspects of the house. Not withstanding the points above we had a memorable holiday in this wonderful villa and the location was perfect.

Incredible!!

We stayed here for a week in August (sorry for the late review!), it was a family trip of 8 people between the ages of 13 and 80. I can't stress this enough, it was the best villa I have ever stayed in! The whole place is so well designed and equipped that the pictures don't do it justice, it was just perfect. The pool was a great size and was very well maintained with guys coming and cleaning it every few days while we were there. The kitchen is unbelievably well kitted out with a very good built in coffee machine, Global knives, le Creuset pots, think I spotted a champagne saber in one drawer but we weren't brave enough to try that out :-) There are tablets dotted about on the walls to control all the built in speakers and the lights throughout the villa which I loved. The outdoor kitchen was amazing with a big Napoleon gas BBQ, a Kamado Joe smoker, a teppanyaki grill (...I think, we didn't actually use that one) and a fridge for your daytime beers. Before arriving we were concerned it might be a bit out of the way up what Google earth showed as quite a steep hill but actually it wasn't bad at all and was quite a nice walk into the main area with plenty of restaurants and bars in-between - not that you ever really need to leave the villa! I don't have a single bad thing to say about it, 10 out of 10!

Casa perfeita. Perto do centro, da praia,… Vista mar Para quelquer problema ou pregunta, o serviço de alugamento è muito rapido. As mulheres da limpeza sao muito simpaticas. Casa confortavel, espaciosa, agradavel. Passamos 3 semanas perfeitas. Sentimo-nos bem nesta casa.

A Spectacular Carvoeiro House

It’s not often that the a home is more impressive than the images. The wrap around infinity pool was the centrepiece with the indoor and outdoor kitchen in full view and with the extra large sliding doors completely open and accessible inside to outside. The bedrooms accommodated our two families with teens perfectly; they were large and had washrooms each. There is a ton of living space as well and the top deck was our go to for sunset drinks. Modern and very clean. In short, absolutely stunning.

Prachtvilla aan de Algarve

Heerlijke woning die van alle gemakken is voorzien. Het ontbreekt aan niks, is allemaal keurig in orde en je bent zo bij de stranden, golfbanen of restaurants. Ideaal!

Vacaciones de ensueño

Las instalaciones de esta casa son fantásticas! Las habitaciones con su baño ensuite son muy cómodas y agradables. La cocina está muy bien equipada y al integrarse con la zona de barbacoas, especial mención de la Kamodo Joe donde preparamos unas cenas maravillosas y la piscina resulta muy ameno. Para la tarde, cocteles y atardecer el el roof top y para la noche, grandes partidas de billar! Estamos encantados con nuestra experiencia y podemos recomendarla ampliamente. De todas las casas que hemos alquilado, esta se lleva la palma de oro! Felicitaciones al arquitecto!

Vale de Covo...... “Amazing, Fantastic, Wonderfully” this Villa is truly a fantasy place to stay....

This Villa is one dream come true for our family and 2 friends of our children all teenagers & they loved it.....! Amazing space for us all with all rooms having private En suites and balconies you don’t feel on top of each other... The living areas had everything you need as well as a very well stocked kitchen. The outdoor kitchen & pool is the place to be “cooking fresh fish on the grills & dinning outside with outdoor music & Portuguese fine wines” The pool was refreshing with a gentle slope to a good dive depth, and the lazy river around the Villa is superb for dipping your feet and reading a good book. Elite Villa Rentals made our stay so easy from the amazing lady “Mariana” her welcome made us feel we were part of her family, also the arrival essentials were really appreciated...Thankyou Elite Rentals are there if you need anything, we will be staying with them again some time in the future, I guarantee. The Regular Maid Service was timed to perfection during our stay, pool was cleaned regularly and the gardens maistained to a high standard. We are going to miss this place in Carvoerio it is one beautiful place to Holiday it had everything we could ask for from amazing people, food, wine and beautiful scenery/beeches. One final point is to thank the owners for allowing us the opportunity to stay in a Dream Villa, we do hope to stay again..... Obrigado....☀️
