Villa Cape Verde is a welcoming residence ideal for families or groups seeking comfort, tranquillity and a relaxed environment for their holidays in the Algarve.



The living room offers a bright and comfortable space for moments of togetherness, whilst the dining room complements the environment, creating the perfect setting for group meals.



On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed en suite with a bathtub and a bedroom with two single beds, as well as a bathroom with a shower.



On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed en suite with a bathtub and a bedroom with two single beds en suite with a shower, ensuring privacy and comfort for everyone. There is also a guest bathroom in the property.



The kitchen is fully equipped, offering convenience for preparing meals throughout your stay.



On the outside, the property features a private swimming pool, a ping pong table and a barbecue area, providing the ideal environment to relax and enjoy the Algarve climate.



The location is privileged, close to beaches, restaurants, bars and various points of interest, guaranteeing a comfortable and memorable stay.



The moving day for this property is on Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

We loved the bright atmosphere of Villa Cape Verde. It’s a very welcoming home with a great flow between the indoor and outdoor spaces. The swimming pool was very clean and the garden area is perfect for soaking up the Algarve sun. A truly memorable stay!

The villa is located in a great spot, very close to the beach and local amenities, yet it felt very peaceful. The barbecue area is perfect for long summer evenings. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the photos. We will definitely be back!

Fun for the Whole Family!

We had a blast at this villa! The kids spent hours playing ping pong, and the private pool was the center of our afternoons. The outdoor area is fantastic for a relaxed holiday. Inside, the kitchen was fully equipped, making it very easy to prepare big family breakfasts before heading to the pool.

One of the best things about this house is the number of bathrooms. With four bedrooms and several en suites plus an extra service toilet, there was never a queue in the morning! The house is very functional and the living/dining areas are great for group dinners.

Perfect Layout for Two Families

The way the rooms are split between the ground floor and the first floor was perfect for our group. Having most bedrooms en suite gave everyone the privacy they needed. The house is very cozy and the living areas are bright and spacious enough for everyone to hang out together comfortably.

Start with the positives Property location was perfect Not far from the supermarket not far from town centre restaurants and beach but far enough to be peaceful and not over looked no need for a car just use Ubers ,,around 4-7 euros to town or supermarket and even use Uber eats Only a slight negative I had to fix the pool side umbrellas because when the wind blew they flew out of the holding’s narrowly missing my wife and grandson And when it came to the mid stay cleaning of the house the bedding on my sons Bed was stained on the top sheets other than that we will book again Great property with a great pool tooo our grandson came in leaps and bounds with his swimming
