This beautiful ground floor apartment is the ideal place for a family holiday. The accommodation provides the perfect place for friends or family to relax after a fun and energising day in the pool or by the beach. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is situated in the exclusive and award winning Lagos Marina development.
The apartment is fully air conditioned and located on the ground floor, so is totally child friendly and overlooks the exclusive gardens and pools. The interior comprises of 2 bedrooms, one double with en-suite bathroom and a twin bedroom with two single beds. There is second family bathroom with walk in shower, vanity basin and WC.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped and the open plan living area with patio doors leads to a large balcony with additional seating for alfresco dining. There are then just three small steps that lead down to the lovely gardens and pools surrounded by sun loungers and parasols.
The accommodation offers an ideal base for couples or families being on the ground floor is extremely child friendly.

The apartment is fully lift accessible from the basement garage, which makes it ideal for those with mobility problems.

One of the key attractions of this apartment is its location, as a car is not required. All the amenities, restaurants, bars, beaches, supermarkets are all within a short walking distance. The beautiful meia praia beach with its 5km of white sand is a 15-minute walk away. In the evenings enjoy a walk along the Avenida dos Descobrimentos to the old fort, where you can step back in time to the age of the discoverers and enjoy watching the sun set.

A short walk over the footbridge, along the avenida, you will find yourself in the centre of Lagos, to enjoy all the ambiance and atmosphere of this beautiful historic town. The cobbled streets, boutiques, street entertainers, musicians and large variety of restaurants serving delicious mixtures of local and traditional cuisine, will totally captivate you.

Enjoy a day out on one of the many boat trips /yacht charters or dolphin safaris to make your holiday one to remember.

The train station, the bus station, and supermarket, being open daily and a fantastic range of are just a 5-minute walk from the complex.

For golf enthusiasts there are many championship courses all within a very easy reach. Boa Vista Palmares and Penina Golf Courses, to name a few, all within a short drive from the complex.

Relaxing comfortable Apartment

The apartment had absolutely everything you could need and was spacious for a family of 4. Close enough to the old town if you dont mind a walk which is a pleasant stroll around the marina. Check in was straight forward and the host was more than accommodating on arrival and department times. All in all a great stay.

Stayed within the complex many times and the apartment was by far the best we have stayed in. Son and his partner and baby stayed in the adjoining apartment which worked out perfectly. Would definitely recommend.

A spacious apartment close to cafes and restaurants on the marina. Very convenient location, only a 10-15 minute walk to the old town centre and across the road from a large supermarket. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything you need for an extended stay. There wasn’t an allocated car space but there was parking just outside the apartment and we didn’t have any trouble finding a spot. The apartment manager was lovely and very helpful and there was great communication with the owner. We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment.

We had a lovely family holiday at the apartment. It was perfectly located near to the marina and just a 10minute walk into the town. The pool was very pleasant and we always managed to get a sunlounger so not too busy. The apartment itself had everything we needed and was across the street from a Supermarket so again a great location. The beds were very comfortable and aircon if needed! Brilliant holiday we hope to return thank you.

Lovely apartment and very comfortable

We have stayed in this complex before and think it's the perfect location when visiting Lagos. The apartment was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. There is also everything you need provided. The apartment being on the ground floor makes popping and and out to the pool very easy which is very handy when travelling with family. The girl who met us on arrival was very friendly and helpful and the booking process was very smooth. We would not hesitate in booking this apartment again when visiting Lagos.

5* Stay!

Loved absolutely everything about the apartment from the layout, the space and cleanliness, plus the fact of it being a ground floor which made it extremely convenient for us as family to pop back and forth from the swimming pool for food/drinks/shade. The pool itself and the gardens were immaculate with plenty of space and available sun loungers. The proximity to the supermarket was also great factor. The marina as well as the town are only a short walk away and the property offers plenty of parking outside. Overall, we had a excellent stay and we would definitely look to return. Thank you, Caroline and Lisa for a wonderful holiday!

We initially had some problems with the wall heaters but we were able to figure that out. It was really cold in the winter. Not greatest experience to go to Lagos in the winter. Toilet seats were a bit shaky and door knobs were coming loose but it was a nice condo

Great Location

A spacious, clean apartment (as pictured). Limited view, from the nicely furnished patio. Comfortable beds and furnishings. Great communications with owner - prompt and helpful responses, also with Lisa our "greeter". Convenient parking right by the building front door. Grocery store and wine shop a short walk across the street. Easy short walk to Marina and Old Town (great for older folks like us.) A cool six weeks in Lagos (February to mid-March) when we were there so needed the heaters! The morning sun helped with warmth but some afternoon sun would have helped with comfort. Enjoyed our stay.

Bel emplacement tranquille

L’appartement est situé tout près de la marina, donc coin tranquille et agréable! Le centre-ville se fait très bien à pieds, c’est très joli et il y a plusieurs restaurants à proximité. Le stationnement est aussi très pratique! La piscine est très propre et n’est pas trop bondée, et il y a plusieurs chaises lingues avec parasols. J’aurais aimé avoir du savon fourni comme dans les autres locations habituellement (corps, cheveux et laveuse), mais heureusement il y a une épicerie de l’autre côté de la rue pour faire les achats. Très chouette séjour!
