Good Appartement

We lifed in a good and komfortable Appartement, 5 min by foot to the old town Village. In the second floor with nice balcon . And Lagos is really nice, many good beaches around.The reason why not 5 Stars is that the wifi does not cover one of the rooms and the House ist a bit loud, you can hear the neighbours. Nevertheless a good and perfect stay.

Reasonable and very Comfortable

My husband and I stayed here for a full month. Very comfortable inside and outside space. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms provide for guests or family. The kitchen was very well equipped with full size fridge and stove/oven. Very good cookware and coffee machine. Charcoal barbecue on the balcony is a nice touch. Lots of amenities nearby, groceries, bakery, restaurants, and proper laundry mat all a short walk away. The old town about a 10 minute walk. Beaches are further, thus requiring an Uber. Bus service is terrible here. Recommend this place for adults and teens but not for young children.

Cold stay

We stayed in this apartment from Feb. 9 - 14th. We arrived when it was cold outside and it was even colder inside. It did not change during our entire stay there. There are only 2 small floor heaters to counteract this cold. We were told that the cold was unusual and that there would be no more heaters. As a result we used only one of the two bedrooms and carried heaters from room to room. We were cold during our entire stay. It is a lovely big apartment. When we arrived we let ourselves in and Rosa came to the apartment to help us set up the television and give us a couple of restaurant suggestions. This would be a great summer apartment, but due to the northern exposure of most of the apartment, it is cold in the winter months. We both got colds as a result of this bone chilling cold. May we suggest installing overhead heater units. It is very well appointed apartment and was great to have a washing machine.

O apartamento está muito bem equipado e tem divisões espaçosas. Perto do centro mas, longe do barulho. Muito espaço de estacionamento. Casa arejada e sem insetos. The Very Best

We've stayed in apartments all over the world and this is among the best ever. Clean, modern, extremely well equipped and within a short walk of everything. The only thing it lacked was a view of the sea but it does have some lovely scene of the hills to the north. If we go back to Lagos, this will be our first choice again. Do be aware that it is 2 flights of stairs with no lift though.

Super schöne Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. An die Müllabfuhr nachts muss man sich erst gewöhnen. Gute Lage, dennoch ist ein Auto empfehlenswert.

Perfect location in Lagos

This 2 bedroom apartment is perfectly loated just walking distance from the center of the city and to the Marina area. Everything was very convenient arranged both upon arrival and departure. The apartment was very well cleaned when we arrrived. It was a little cold when we arrived so it would have been nice if the heater would have been turned on before we arrived. I was also missing a dish washer but exept for these things everything was perfect.

Parfait !

Très bel appartement, très bien équipé (vaisselle, linge de maison, jeux de plage, etc), très bien entretenu, avec beaucoup d'espace et une belle terrasse avec vue dégagée. L'organisation pour l'arrivée et le départ était très pratique, les échanges avec le propriétaire et Rosa (contact sur place) cordiaux. L'immeuble est très bien situé, avec tous les commerces et la vieille ville accessibles à pied. Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable à Lagos. Merci encore à Rainer, ainsi qu'à Rosa, pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité.

A well equipped apartment close to the main city centre.

It is a very clean and well presented apartment. It has lots of additional equipment such as DVD player, play station and all the kitchen appliances that you would need. It is a 5 minute walk to the main town centre and a lovely beach nearby. Lots of parking nearby too. The owners were very helpful and responded quickly to messages. Only negatives are that we did pay an additional €25 euro for a travel cot for our 18 month old but it only had a very thin mattress which wasn't ideal. Also we didn't have enough towels to use for beach and to shower for the 3 of us either but otherwise a lovely and comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this appartment especially for the price.

Schöne Wohnung für den Sommer

Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses in etwas Tröster Umgebung. Innen ist die Wohnung sogar schöner, als auf den Fotos. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. SauberKein ist gut und auch die Betreuung durch die Hausverwaltung von Ort ist perfekt und sehr freundlich. Einziger und für uns gravierender Nachteil: die Wohnung samt Baleon liegt konsequent nach Norden. Das heisst, es kommt kein Sonnenstrahl auf den Balkon und auch nicht ins grosse Wohnzimmer oder in die grosse Wohnküche. Dadurch ist sie auch ziemlich kalt, was im Winter nicht schön ist. Zu Fuss ist man in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum. Zum Strand müsste man wohl das Auto nehmen.

Comfortable home away from home

Upon arrival we received a very warm welcome from Rosa, the representative for the property. Rosa made it very clear that she would be available to help us with anything at any time. This property was very clean and comfortable. It's location was perfect for us because it is minutes from a delicious and friendly bakery, and produce market. Also, it is quite close to a couple of well stocked supermarkets. The kitchen was well equipped for us and we enjoyed the television stations available. As this visit was during winter it sometimes felt a bit cold but we were provided with space heaters which worked well. We would recommend this property for a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Tolle Wohnung, gute Lage, schöne Strände - ein rundum toller Urlaub!

Wir waren das erste Mal in Portugal an der Algarve. Über dieses Portal haben wir Rainers Wohnung gefunden. Die Beschreibung und die Bilder haben uns gut gefallen, so dass wir gebucht haben. Und wir waren sehr zufrieden! Die Wohnung ist, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen und beschrieben, wirklich gut eingerichtet und sehr groß. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet (Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, großer Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, Siebträgermaschine, zahlreiche Töpfe, Waschmaschine etc.). Es gibt WLAN und TV. Toll war auch, dass es ein Beach Ball Spiel gab, das wir regelmäßig am Strand gespielt haben. 2 Sonnenschirme gibt es jetzt auch, die mussten wir zurücklassen. ;) Von der Lage her ist die Wohnung auch prima ohne Auto. Es gibt fußläufig ein paar Supermärkte (ca. 10-15 min zu Lidl und Pingo Doce). Zum Strand Meia Praia sind es etwa 20 min zu Fuß. Die anderen Buchten sind in ca. 30 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch eine kleine Wanderung an der Küste entlang kann man ohne Probleme von der Wohnung aus starten. Allerdings liegt die Wohnung auf einem kleinen Berg. Es geht also meist hoch und runter. ;) Die Kommunikation mit Rainer verlief einwandfrei. Er hat schnell geantwortet und alle Fragen beantwortet. Insgesamt waren wir einfach rundum zufrieden und empfehlen die Wohnung wirklich gerne weiter. :)
