One-bedroom apartment with double bed, fitted wardrobe and a fantastic balcony with fabulous east-facing views, table, chairs and a grill allow for great alfresco dining; a bathroom, kitchen and a common room with a small balcony facing west.

FREE PARKING:
You can park on a small road next to the apartment. Usually there is always place to park, don't worry!

IMPORTANT:
Since 2015, Portugal has enforced a longstanding law that requires anyone who offers paid holiday accommodation to record the entry, departure and identification details of all non-Portuguese citizens using such accommodation. This law came into force in Portugal and most other EU countries sometime since the gradual implementation of the 1990 Schengen Agreement, which aims to prevent trafficking in human beings and other illegal practices. In this case, it is specifically Article 45 of the Schengen Agreement and the recent law on local accommodation in Portugal which has made this rule clearer.
For this reason, all guests of all bookings need to provide their passports so that we may have the necessary information.

The apartment has free WIFI but you can also have access to 4G Mobile Wi-Fi (for when not in the apartment) available for € 10 for bookings up to 7 days; 15 € plus 7 days (Internet sharing up to 6 users / devices) Internet connection wherever you go (Losing or breaking Mobile Wi-Fi entails payment of 70 €)

From November to April inclusive, an extra energy charge of € 15 per week will be charged

Monthly Rentals: Between November and end of February stays of 30 days or more (Low Season Monthly rate) DOES NOT include maid service or laundry, it will always be considered an optional extra service, which costs 25 € per week per week. both
