Our stay was wonderful. The condo was nice and clean. It was right next to the pool, which we liked. The check in process was easy and quick. We liked that the unit had a door code so we didn’t have to check in at the front desk. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Perfect location close to great beach

Paul was extremely gracious and willing to refund us because of the possible hurricane. Fortunately it didn't come to that! Kid at loved the pool, boogie boards, snorkeling right at the bay, tidepooling. The gazebo restaurant brunch. It was a perfect spot.

Everything we hoped for

My boyfriend and I (30's) rented this condo for our stay here in May of 2023. Everything went exactly as we could have hoped and I am so thankful for having a clean, comfy place to stay, and right next to the beach! We were steps from the lovely clean pool and gardens, never had issues with early morning noise which I was worried about, and located a short drive from central Lahaina where we would go for all kinds of great food options. On top of that, our host Paul was incredibly helpful and friendly and was quick to respond to any questions we had. Can't wait to return asap.

Exactly as advertised

The studio unit had a Queen (or full bed) plus a twin bed. It is ground floor with no stairs. The patio faced the bigger pool and was very close to the office/restaurant, but furthest from the ocean. I thought the unit was very dark and needs higher wattage bulbs. It had beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, etc. Overall it was a great price for the location, no bells or whistles.

Nice place for smaller family,kitchen has it all,condo was very cozy,great location in West Maui. Complex located at Napili Bay,super kid friendly beach. Nice patio,laundry room and complex pool access. Paul was amazing,easy check in & out Only one down side -Unfortunately,I dont think this condo owner can do much about this, as it seems like a " thing" everywhere in Maui: Garbage removal crews,complex grounds maintenance crews ( trimming,lawn mowing,maintenance etc..) and the worse of all - other vacation unit check out cleaning crews - work was done all day long Simply, in 7 days we stayed there - there was not even one day where you could have a afternoon nap - noisy,loud,and no downtime ever We tries various times between 1pm & 5pm and we could not find 1hr of quiet time If you dont nap,and travel.without kids that need naps - then all else is perfect !

Beware of bed bugs in this unit!

My husband and I stayed here for 10 nights in May 2014. On our last night there we were both bitten by bed bugs. We did complain after our trip and we were completely ignored. Also the unit gets very hot and the fans don't work. The price is good and location is good but never ever have we stayed in a place with bed bugs and it was miserable after we had been bitten so many times and the owner did not care or respond to us when we tried to tell him.

Great location but rough around the edges...

Overall we had a nice stay in 130....however, there is a lot of updating that needs to be done to get it up to par with the rest of the units we saw on the property (both outrigger and non "rental-pool"). The owners were easy enough to deal with and responded quickly when the dishwasher died and needed to be replaced! Now to the list. PROS: great location, next to the upper pool and hot tub. Sheltered from the wind. Great rate. CONS: wornout & stained carpets and furniture (with the exception of a newish chair), needs a new mattress and bed set including pillows and bedding, seriously lacking in kitchen culinary gear (terrible knives, pots, pans, no tupperware, foil, baking sheets, etc.) making it difficult to prepare meals, very old appliances (except for the brand new dishwasher), no radio/stereo, limited cleaning supplies (very old broom, no vacuum, no mop, etc.), very cluttered (too much and very old furniture), Worthless ceiling fan, It was fairly clean when we arrived but because of the worn out feel and stains my wife refused to take her sandals off inside or let our baby play on the floor for the first few days until she settled in and got more comfortable. OTHER: West facing, so it potentially could get very hot depending on the time of year. Interesting wall treatment. Bottom floor. BOTTOM LINE: we really liked Napili Shores, and the location but next time we will pay a premium to stay in a remodeled unit.

Everything here was great! They had cooking supplies and a full kitchen. Wifi and a tv. Bed was very comfy and there was beach access. The facility itself had laundry, pool, grills and a restaurant. It’s close to shopping centers and other beaches and activities.
