Romantic Oceanfront Studio with Gorgeous Ocean Views Overlooking Napili Bay w/AC

Newly remodeled oceanfront studio at Napili Shores Building A 204 with sweeping views of beautiful Napili Bay. A few steps to the white sand beach of Napili which has been named the most beautiful beach in the world by Travel and Leisure 2017. No need to leave the property as next door is the famous Gazebo restaurant, Kitchen 5315 and a short beach walk away is the renowned Seahouse Restaurent. We purchased the unit in January 2018 and refurbished the interior with serene and beautiful décor to bring the outdoors inside. AC UNIT INSTALLED in May 2020. Property has green lush, rambling lawns with two pools, a jacuzzi, a koi pond and barbeques. Starting on 1/1/2025, the Front Desk will require guests to pay $50 for their entire stay as a property fee. We purchased a new CAL KING bed./ After a day at the beach, guests can watch the sunset show. Enjoy whale watching while sipping a refreshing beverage. Kids and adults will love the shuffleboard court and an outdoor checkers game with red and black coconuts as checkers. It is no wonder guests have been coming back to Napili Shores for decades. Location, location, location! The view from inside the studio and the lanai is outstanding. It is a short walk to Napili beach and the Sea House restaurant. The property has two pools and a hot tub and is not as densely packed with guests as the larger multistory resorts. The studio size seems to be pretty standard for the area and provides an adequate full kitchen and living space. If you are looking for a relaxing space that is not a mega-resort, this is a great choice.

Our host, Elaine was WONDERFUL! The booking was easy, and her instructions were excellent. The studio unit is a perfect home-base for exploring Maui, or just staying put on beautiful Napili Bay. We’re pretty sure this unit is the BEST in the whole Napili Shores complex as far as views and access
 steps away from the beach, pool, and Gazebo restaurant. The unit was fully stocked with kitchen and beach gear, books, guides, and binoculars for whale watching. We were stuck in a wild storm that shut down the state and went without power for 24 hours. We felt safe and cozy weathering the storm in the unit. We spent time inside watching for whales from the lanai- and we saw many! During the power outage that affected the whole west side of Maui, we were thankful for the full kitchen. We were able to grill our bacon for breakfast and steaks for dinner on the outdoor community grills, and the fridge kept our items cool, even though it was turned off. We fared much better than folks in hotels relying on restaurants for their meals. We also saved a lot of money by shopping for and cooking our own meals. We hope to visit again and come back to this unit. Oh, and the bed! It was super comfy! Thank you, Elaine!

Great in every way, but mostly because of the location and the view of the ocean from the lanai. The photos and descriptions are accurate. I do want to let people know that the king size bed has a very soft mattress and you sink in it sort of like a hammock. That is not our favorite kind and we both had backaches in the morning. Other than that, it’s a fabulous place to stay. We especially liked the on premises tiki bar/restaurant called Kitchen 5315 and had dinner there twice. You might want to check in regarding the construction going on around the property and make sure it’s not going to interfere with your stay. There is lots of great snorkeling in the bays within walking distance or a short drive. The weather was very windy and even the bay was rough when we were there, but we were told that it is rare for summer. Building A second floor is the best location for sure.

From the moment we walked in we knew it was perfect!

Absolutely loved this place. Ocean front. So many times people list their property as "listen to the waves at night" but this time, we COULD. ...which provided such restful sleep. The property was well appointed, cozy, two pools to choose from and great restaurants within walking distance. We drove and parked at Duke's and walked the Kaanapali strip several times; drove to Paia and Kula just for fun. But you never need to leave the condo complex if you don't want to. Thank you, Elaine! We will be back!

Perfect location if you want to see the ocean and be on the beach. Property was well kept and clean. Restaurants within walking distance. Parking was easy. I would recommend adding luggage racks since the studio does not have closet space. Otherwise luggage is on the floor.

Awesome oceanfront

Excellent stay, great amenities, comfortable bed, nice pool and hot tub. Condo was stocked with everything you need, more than I was expecting! Beach is beautiful easy to access! Location is good close to many places if you don’t mind walking around, we walked over 10 miles in the 6 days and it was so fun! Lots of wildlife, whales, turtles, monk deal! Paradise!!

This beachfront condo is located right next to Napili beach and has all the amenities you’ll need for a wonderful vacation. The kitchen was fully equipped and we even found beach chairs, snorkel gear, boogie boards, pool noodles and plenty of beach towels! Check in was a breeze and our host provided a nice informative message about things to do in the area. She was also very quick with communication when we had questions during our stay.

Best location AND room

Everything was great. The view was exceptional, this bed and pillows were very comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked and there are beach chairs and snorkel equipment. We loved every minute of it. We don’t recommend the sea house for dinner although it is conveniently located, but Joeys at Napili plaza is top notch. We ate there 2 nights and recommend everything. We would definitely stay here again.

The unit is in a great location and has a perfect view of Napili Bay. The beach is but mere feet away and easily accessed through a gate at the end of the building. We have stayed in several of the units in this building and this one was the best in terms of how well appointed the room was. It had everything one needed including a host of good beach equipment. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

This was the perfect spot!! I’ve never stayed in Napili and it did not disappoint. You can’t go wrong with this lovely oceanfront condo beautiful views and steps away from the beach. Perfect Hawaiian vacation

My husband and I loved our week at the Nāpili Shores. So relaxing! The studio was perfect. It was clean and comfortable, and the views overlooking the Nāpili Bay are spectacular. We really enjoyed visiting The Fish Market and picking up fresh fish for the grill to enjoy on the lovely balcony. We hope to return! Malhalo Elaine and Kim!

Perfect vacation!

This was the perfect vacation at the perfect location. The condo sat right on the edge of the property facing the ocean and the bay. We decided we had the best spot in the complex. The water was absolutely beautiful. We were able to see Molokai across the water while watching families on the beach. The condo had everything we needed. Initially we had a reservation at condo in Lahaina and Elaine moved us to Napoli Shores. Although we were sad about the fire in Lahaina and mot being able to enjoy that area, Napili was great. Elaine has equipped the condo with everything you could need. The lani is perfect. The Napili Shores complex is beautiful with two pools and beautiful landscaping along with the two restaurants, you have everything you needed.The staff at the Gazebo and Kitchen 5315 are great. The Sea House restaurant is within walking distance also. Recommend driving down the beach a little ways and have lunch at the Burger Shake which is part of The Ritz. It sits on a beautiful beach. The Beach House is also just down the road and has a nice pool side bar and restaurant. One day we picked up fish and sides from The Fish Market and brought it back to the condo and ate on the lani. I hope you enjoy your stay at Elaine’s condo at Napili Shores as much as we did. Aloha

Birthday trip

This condo is situated overlooking beautiful Napili Bay. We enjoyed meals on the lanai with this gorgeous view, then just steps down to the beach. We also walked to the shopping center, Kapalua Coastal Trail & Ridge trails. Excellent location. All the condo amenities listed were available there. We would definitely stay there again.

Can’t Beat the View

This is a fantastic part of Maui, and Napili Shores is a wonderful spot. Easy access to the beach and snorkeling both from the resort and at nearby Honolulu Beach. Turtles galore. This condo is oceanfront with excellent views overlooking Napili Bay. It is a compact studio with everything you could need for the beach and to cook. It’s comfortable place to stay. Only cons were the pillows (we prefer down) and the outside light shining through the transom over the front door. After the first night, we used a towel to cover and then slept really well, especially with sounds of the ocean.
