Not enough parking for guests, lack of security of the rooms on the second floor. Only a poor chain on the door to the patio and security has your room code. No replenish of coffee. View was nice right on the ocean so main reason for a 3 rating. Water pressure not great. Both the W/D were out of order so no laundry. Could not reach the desk when called most of the times. Setting is A but a lot of other issues, bring it down to a C.

Absolutely beautiful stay. The staff was friendly, the place was clean, and the location was perfect. They have coffee, juice, fresh fruit and rolls for breakfast every morning. Parking is free but they have limited spaces. Security will come out and help you park if it's tight. There's no tv in the rooms, but you're in Maui! The only cons: water pressure is not good, but the water did get hot. Also, the walls are thin and the outside picks up all the sounds, so you hear everyone all the time. If you happen to stay near a family with kids, you're up when they're up!

Security staff was very friendly and helpful. Kitchen well stocked. Loved that chairs were available and the little light breakfast in mornings. Beautiful property. Nice common area with tv and sitting area.

Overall the hotel was solid, however the walls are paper thin and we were unfortunate enough to be in between 2 families with babies and young kids that were up most of the night crying and running around.

Needed to add a night to our stay somehwere else. got in late, super nice staff, cute older room and fabulous grounds. would definitely stay here again. even had a/c, which is rare on Maui. No tv.

The check-in experience was awful. The desk is only open til 4pm and the after hours phone numbers both went to messages. We sat in the dark waiting for an hour and then decided to find somewhere else to stay, when finally the security person showed up. The hotel definitely should have a better check in process, considering how much they charge. The experience was terrible especially after a long trip to get there. The staff were unhelpful generally. We asked for a kettle and were told they don’t have any and to boil water for tea in a saucepan. The kitchen lacked several other essential items such as scissors and overall we thought it was inadequate. Despite the lovely location I would not stay here again.
